I had a very nice stay prior to a flight from Linate. The area is quite relaxed but still well connected. I normally stay closer to Milano centrale and infinitely preferred this area. The staff was nice, the hotel was comfortable, and the price was great. U would def stay here again.

The staff were very nice. The breakfast was wonderful. The girl managing the breakfast made the best cappuccino I ever had and was very welcoming. It was very clean and nice.

Staff were exceptional, friendly, welcoming and helpful. I stayed in 2 different rooms. First room was great. The second room there was a dripping noise coming from outside of my window from a pipe that dripped loudly all day and all night. I was really not there much during the day and wore ear plugs at night to block it out. It did not affect me to be honest, but if you are a light sleeper you may be bothered by this. Overall I was really happy with my stay, the location is fabulous and the staff are really kind.

First off, the woman concierge from around 16:00 onwards is the kindest and most helpful person. She helped me get settled into my stay and was very accommodating to all my questions. She deserves a raise for going beyond! Secondly, the hotel room smelled so good and relaxing. This is one of my favorite hotels (as a solo female) as I travelled around Italy. It is also very convenient that the bus stop is right in front of the hotel so you will not have any problem getting around Milan., If you need accessibility (i.e. on a wheelchair) it might be difficult for you to get up and down the stairs to the concierge or on the lift as both requires flights of stairs.

The bed was too small, and sometimes it was hot in the evening. I had to open the windows to sleep, but the street noise was bothersome. But in general, it was good.

Staff was very kind, friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast has variety, although underground with little natural light. Bus stop right in front, easily accessible.

I stayed here for most of my stay. This was by far my favorite place of the entire trip thanks to the staff and the comfortable rooms. Breakfast was delicious as well. I was struggling with jet lag and was usually awake during the nights. The property provides 24H front desk service and Giovanni (individual at front desk) was always there with a smile. He went out of his way to assist me and provide great company. Thank you Giovanni for making my stay not just at hotel Dieci a great a experience, but my visit to Italy amazing.

Just the price to quality ratio not too good and the croissants for breakfast were pretty bad. But otherwise a good hotel.

Hotel is on good location, very close to bus and tram that can take you to the Duomo. Close to Politecnico campus. Heating in the room was broken so friendly stuff changed our room immediately. Breakfast is very good, however, it's same every day. Room was super clean! Heating afternoon was not working sometimes, they should fix that. Bathroom is way too small.

It was raining heavily on the day that i arrived and they provided me an umbrella each time i was heading out, i found it very helpful and convenient.

The types of people the hotel attracted were nicer and well put together and polite. No one was rude or sketchy. The security was great and they were very protective. Specially late at night. They were willing to hold my bags while I ventured out before I needed to catch my flight.

Location and very friendly staff Very firm mattresses much more than one, who prefers a firm mattress, could find pleasant. My wifes back pain got worse over her stay

Very clean and comfortable room. Staff is amazing.

Location of the hotel was wonderful: walking distance to the metro, bus stop close by, good variety of restaurants and cafés/bars in the neighborhood, excellent breakfast, nice hotel outside patio, elevator available, good hot water and shower water pressure, room has sufficient electrical outlets, enough room to open suitcase, enough hangers in the closet, no street noise, curtains blocked light Bed was a bit too hard for me.

The location is great. As a light sleeper, I didn't have issues with noise. My room was very clean. I loved that my bed was firm. There were two pillows - one thin and the other had more cushion. I preferred the thin one. The wardrobe was perfect for a single person to hang clothes. I appreciated the sitting bench to store my shoes as well. Breakfast had a good variety of items to eat depending on your preference. I loved the patio area to sip cappuccinos in the morning. At first I couldn't find a plug at first to accommodate my charger, then I realized the plug for the hairdryer worked perfectly with it. I forgot to take pictures except for the patio area. .

Convenient to public transportation, and the breakfast was nice. The room felt worn out and was very noisy.

The room was just too small and when I to extended my stay by 1 night due to flight rescheduling, i was charged 180euros and I demanded for the room to be changed for the one night but they refused. The room was VERY uncomfortable
