we highly appreciated their friendly and helpful staff, free private parking, closeness to public transport and actually quiet nights, despite some reviews saying that they heard noices from other rooms during the night maybe some modernisation of the facility would be nice, but regardless this hotel provides good value for money especially in Milano

Nothing Extremely poorly maintained and too dirty. The sweage line to commode and shkwer capsule are connected together, so flushing makes the shower capsuke dirty with particles of fleeces. The staff did not change room after reporting this. The wifi is too weak and most of the time is not connected. The staffs do not change towels or give bath supplies everyday, and one needs to argue with the staffs for this bare minimum. The breaksfast is very basic. It is a choice if your other option is sleeping on the streets of Milan.

Welcoming was good and polite I stayed on the ground floor. There was heavy noise throughout the whole night coming from upstairs, the room close to mine and the hall/reception. Very uncomfortable and difficult to sleep.

The stay was wonderful. The staff was professional, courteous, and respectful. The location is excellent and conveniently close to public transportation. I highly recommend this hotel, and every time I visit Milan, I will definitely choose it again.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, close to everything you need, and having parking inside the hotel courtyard was very convenient. The 24-hour reception made check-in and communication very easy at any time of the day. The breakfast was good and the staff were friendly, polite, and always willing to help. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel — the room was cleaned daily, and the towels were changed every day, which made the stay even more comfortable. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and overall the hotel offers very good value for money. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay, and I would happily return again in the future. The only downside was that the air conditioning costs an extra 5 euros per day
