Location and breakfast varieties Air condition is not working efficiently, also in the reception area it was very hot. Elevator has no ventilation and is very slow. Wi Fi is poor

It is very near to Center of Milan transportation and easy for commute. Everything about the room, firstly it was smelly and no proper cleaning was carried out. Secondly, the value for the money is very low. I guess the B&B hotels would do better.

I was pleasantly surprised by the room. It was very spacious and even included a balcony overlooking the circle! There were a some decent restaurants nearby, and was within walking distance from the centrale train station. I liked that there was a refrigerator for my leftovers from dinner. The breakfast was an extra cost. It wasn't a bad breakfast, but I'm not sure it was worth the extra cost. The elevator was a little slow.

i had to pay EURO 460 extra They can't provide prove of payment for the additional charges because there printer does not work. I emailed the property for an prove of payment, they never replied. i had to wait almost 30 minutes to check out because they can't work with there system

The best part of breakfast was that we could ask for any coffee we wanted. The rest of breakfast was okay, but it had too many carbohydrates. The location was great, close enough to the train station and bus shuttles to the airport, Our room was taking care well, the bed was comfortable. The walls were fragile, we could hear the next door people late at night.

The location was perfect within a short walking distance of the train station. The room was spotless , spacious and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast has a good selection to choose from. Staff were all really friendly. The shutters being closed down after the room had been cleaned, couldn’t find how to open them . I could have asked for them to be open but didn’t as we weren’t spending a lot of time in the room. I just thought it was a bit strange.
