Very comfy, spacious room and a very good shower. The staff was polite and helpful. You couldn't open the curtains and the only windows were high up above the bed. It was a bit far from the center. There was no smart TV.

Air condition was not working although I booked particularly AC room with higher price considering weather conditions. Management should be honest regarding their service.

Location great..very close to Central Station..lots of pretty good eateries around though if you dont just want tourist ticky tack you need to open your eyes and check out where the Italians are eating and drinking...Didn't have breakfast...we know the area well and we have a place we go for a coffee and brioche..that's breakfast in Italy...staff were very helpful and accommodating couldn't be nicer...which is unusual for this part of Milan as its more a big city businesslike but a tough frosty mentality ..but the Mythos had a friendlier feel all round so well done to them for that as you cant fake authenticity. Bed a bit short for My 6 ft 2 frame but that a regular occurrence for me so won't hold that against them..the world is designed for average sized humans...bed was a bit narrow for a double in my mind.....but was v good and comfortable. Can't complain...had a good nights sleep. Bathroom and shower excellent as was aircon...and had a balcony as a bonus..

They didn't even provide a single complimentary water in the room; instead, they are charging 2 euros per bottle. I don't know who in the management thought it was a good idea. Each bottle probably costs 0.3 euros to buy.

We checked in with a friendly helpful staff. It was 98 degrees out. The hotel & rooms were comfortable cool. The beds were plush foam very comfortable. It was a quick walk from train station. Safe neighborhood with mini mart & restaurants nearby. The rental cars were around the corner. The cleaning staff started at 6:30am banging making noise. It was hard to sleep in

Front desk staff was very accommodating! Excellent work!

The hotel is an easy walk from Milano Centrale. I needed an overnight stay before an early flight next day. The reception staff were extremely helpful and provided a city map and information. I had booked an economy room so I was expecting it to be small, it was fine for an overnight stay and the bathroom was large and spotless. The bed was comfortable. I had a street dancing room but didn't find noise to be an issue. I was there in a heatwave and the air con worked well. It's possible to walk to the centre in about 30 mins

The single room is quite small. 10 sqm. I needed it just for one night layover so it's ok.

Only a few minutes walk to central station (maybe 5-7 min). Room was renovated and clean. WiFi was good. The shower doors did not close properly so water would leak out during a shower.

Short walk to Milan Centrale station Reception smells like cigarette and uninviting lobby

Clean, nice staff and close to everything…. 15 mins walks to Colosseum or 20 mins Travis fountain….. restaurants a minute

No free parking. And the parking over night is very expensive

Good location, and pretty clean Staff told me complimentary water in fridge but told me it was €2 per bottle. Glad I only used 2. It was not stated anywhere as well. Notes said to leave towels if you’d like to reuse them. They also just took them all up and put out new ones. Just a bit misleading
