Room was fine bathroom excellent. desk situation complicated (moving a chair) but doable Breakfast first class Staff wonderful I want to be totally fair , this was an excellent hotel with a fine and helpful staff but my partner had mobility issues that this nice older hotel has not addressed. The front entrance was a nightmare in the rain. Hotel has a rear entrance that worked well but the staff never thought of using it . Similarly there was a step down to breakfast even from the elevator. I took trays up to the room.

Fantastic location. Everything was flawless, and worked just like it should. I didn’t have to think about anything. Nice looking and clean. Breakfast was quite good. Service was attentive. My only complaint was that there were not adequate plugs at bedside. There was only one on each side, which was taken by the lamps, which in the age of cell phones isn’t really ideal.

We had a very large room and bathroom with very nice linens and black out shades. The breakfast had a large selection and variety of food items. It was more expensive than I usually pay for that quality of room. I think it was the Olympics were in the Milan at the time and it was less expensive than booking through a room through the official olympic website.

Location was great A bit tired.

Room had sloped cielings

Location - it was centrally located, in the middle of a local Milan neighborhood. Local restaurants, caffès, bakeries, etc. where some English was spoken. Also, the metro stop is quite nearby so you have more options to get around. The staff were especially helpful and welcoming. Breakfast buffet was also very generous with a wide variety of delicious choices for every taste. Luggage racks: two per room are a necessary tool for travelers.

Boutique hotel and location is just around 1 km to Duomo square There are many clothes shops and restaurants on the way The hotel staff most of them we met are friendly Room 405 with ceiling sloped making it lower than normal one This is the city view room but only see the roof of the other building across from hotel

The location is extremely convenient to metro stations and areas of interest. Getting to and from Milano-Linate Aeroporto was so easy—no train changes! The room was lovely, as were the common areas. The staff was extremely helpful in acquainting us with nearby restaurant options. The reservation that the night manager made for us gave us our favorite dinner of our stay—it’s a wonderful hotel.

The staff was terrific - responsive to every one of our requests - taxi and dinner reservations, snack bag for our extra early departure, etc.

The hotel is beautiful, gorgeous lobby. The breakfast was exceptional, beautiful breakfast space, very relaxing and luxurious. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
