Location, location, location.
-
The location was good. Staff was nice too. Kind of a dump.
-
Clean. Friendly staff. Great facilities and access to drinking water. Great location near Duomo and other tourist attractions. Nothing

The hotel was too old. It was clean but not comfortable.

This little old fashioned hotel is perfectly located in walking distance to the cathedral and the historic city center. The staff, especially Antonio the manager were super nice and helpful, breakfast with a good choice of coffees and food was included. The room appeared very dark with the outdated furniture but apart from that everything was good.

Great location, good price.
-
the hotel's name is honest, the infrastructure is old and needs renovation and upgrading. signs of dampness on the wall in the room.
-
Nice breakfast in the morning. Excellent staff who watched our bags while we went to Cenacolo. Great for a first night in Milan before going elsewhere.
-
Breakfast was amazing, great location! They also keep your keys for you while you are out so you don’t worry about losing them. Rooms were kept hot until we tuned down AC. but very easy fix.
-
Location. Breakfast staff. It took three tries contacting staff to get air conditioning working. Not super clean. Mattress old. Limited breakfast.

The hotel needs some fixing n up. Windows on worked once, lots of channels on the TV but most of them did not work properly.

The hotel was really centrally located with a very short walk to the Duomo Cathederal and Gallerea. I booked a single room which was very small but had everything I needed. It was clean and confortble. The breakfast was everything you need for a light refuel with juice, great coffee, boiled eggs, cereal, meats, cheeses and pasteries. The owners visit each morning showed care and pride in his establishment. It was as expected and what you pay for.

Close to many thins but on a quiet street. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room, although small, had everything I needed. The mattress was bad. It had a crease in the middle from top to bottom and clearly was well past its usable life.

Comfy bed central location Room was very small
-
Location and staff. Breakfast and coffee provided. Small rooms and very tiny showers!
-

Value for money budget hotel

Location is abive excellent! Stuff is very friendly. Is not a luxury hotel. Yiu can tell is old but well maintained. Breakfast does not worth the money.

The location was perfect for me, and the price was good compared to alternatives. Air conditioning worked well for the hot August days I was there. If I'm in that part of Milan again, I'd probably book it. The shower was tricky to use, and the bathroom in general could use some refurbishing. The room was tiny, even though the measurements had been provided in the description. Given what it cost, though, it was still a reasonable level of comfort.
