The look of the rooms the cleaning the the bed the espresso bar in the room and at the check out was asian girl who was really great and lovely And the bathrooms The reception service on the welcome not helping when you ask she just want to push you to buy from them a blond girl no sound proof first night we did not sleep because of the noise of the outside train , the pool are cold and open service only at night i think , room service bringed us wine without opener and he did not even bother to do it for 50€ bottle of wine waste of money and it was late at night unfortunately next time i wont come there if you are cuple and want to relax go somewhere els more close to center and better hotels

An Unacceptable Five Star Hotel Experience This Hotel Does NOT Deserve Five Stars 1. Room service: one of the worst pastrami sandwiches I have ever had I also ordered room service and specifically ordered the pastrami sandwich. It was genuinely awful. I also tried to ask questions about the food, and the person who delivered it was unable, or apparently unwilling, to provide proper information. He was not particularly friendly either, and I was not impressed by the way I was treated. At one point, he told me that the room-service food/service was not actually operated by the hotel, but by another external company. This left me completely confused. I was also genuinely unsure whether he fully understood what I was asking in English. Regardless of whether the service is outsourced or not, I booked a five-star hotel, not an excuse. If the hotel chooses to offer room service through an external company, the hotel is still responsible for ensuring that the service offered to its guests meets the standard expected from a five-star property. 2. Housekeeping entered my room while I was using the bathroom This was, for me, one of the most serious incidents of the entire stay. On the first morning, I was sitting on the toilet using the bathroom. I heard knocking at the door and immediately shouted: “Not now! Not now!” Despite clearly hearing me, the housekeeper entered the room anyway. The bathroom has glass walls, she could see me sitting on the toilet. She then stood there looking at me for approximately five seconds, while I was sitting on the toilet, and I was looking at her in disbelief. Eventually, she realised what she had done, left and closed the door. I found this absolutely unacceptable. This was a major invasion of privacy and an extraordinary lack of professionalism. I had explicitly said “Not now” more than once, yet she entered anyway.

I loved basically everything. The location, staff, the ambience, the room and its amenities . Overall 10/10 . The only thing I wish the property had was a spa .

Very good hotel . Location is convenient and just 10 min walk to the main attractions . We got upgraded to the better room .
