Location and cleanliness There is no soundproofing between the rooms and the corridors, and I was disturbed by the noise of the doors. Also, the bathroom has a bathtub instead of a shower enclosure.

Excellent location and great service overall

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and honestly, I really like it not only because of its great location, but also because of the friendly and welcoming staff, who consistently provide excellent service with a smile. The rooms are nice and comfortable, but I think the hotel would benefit from another renovation, as the property is starting to show its age.

its close to everything the toilet the drainage was broken the room got flooded with the water after showering .. the staff where very slow.. I requested for anti allergy pillows and hard pillows they didnt change the pillows and they got me the hard pillows after I called them 3 times . the bell guy was late to pickup the laugage for check out.. we asked for an iron they ignored us for 1 hour then they said we dont have .. very slow service very not professional. never again .
