It is very special unique place. Room sizes very nice and clean. Staff hospitality and friendliness was natural and genuine. Thank you Mr. Ayman you and the entire team made our stay very special. Room service selection limited, although very good quality and quick service.

I like the location close to a lot, But did not like restaurant in hotel , we were charge $10 per bottle of water and food did not taste fresh it tasted heated food . I had notified ti front desk no service and they did it anyway . They moved even my shoes, did appreciate any of that . For a five star hotel it’s overrated Did not like the $10 dollar of bottle water in their restaurant which also had an old cook food ! Also ask to not do room service and they did them everyday no matter what . They even touch my shoes and set them straight and moved things on my bed . Did not like this at all , very upset with the customer service , even though some of crew members were very polite !

The staff were lovely Very strange room layout. “Upgrade” didn’t feel like an upgrade…for what we paid I would expect a more luxurious experience. Both rooms we were given (we asked to change rooms for our second night) had elements we didn’t want/expect. Small private gyms in junior suites are a waste of space for our needs. Would’ve preferred the room we booked. The leaves in the bathroom sinks added to the unnecessary extras that didn’t add anything to the experience of staying in this hotel.
