The day I left was the best part: very regrettable hotel choice, and more like a 1-2 star hotel at best. mediocre breakfast, unhelpful staff/unprofessional, hot/stuffy rooms with poor airconditioning.

The highlight of my stay was the beautiful breakfast view in the early morning, which created a wonderful start to the day. The hotel’s location is also excellent, as it is conveniently close to Milan’s main attractions and key points of interest, making it easy to explore the city. One aspect that could be improved is the housekeeping service, as the bed sheets were not changed daily and were only rearranged. In addition, the breakfast selection lacked variety and could offer more options to cater to different preferences.

The room was clean, but it was quite narrow and the TV was small and not a smart TV. The breakfast restaurant offers a breathtaking view, which was a highlight of the stay. However, the breakfast itself was disappointing, with limited variety and few options available.

Very clean hotel with an excellent location. The metro station was just a short walk away, and the city center was easily reachable on foot. Breakfast with a beautiful view of the Duomo was the perfect start to the day. Highly recommended!
