The location I asked ahead of time if we could leave our luggage before 3pm check-in. We were told yes. But then we were told they were closed til 3 so that couldn't happen. I had no idea when I got to the property there wouldn't be an office or desk or person to meet us. Important info for guest to know. We entered the bldg when someone else was going in with the intent to speak to someone. Nope. Cleaning people were in the room and informed us, we thought we might be able to stay inside til check-in since it was 103° outside, we just walked a very long way with 4 luggage. The person told us we had to leave the property immediately. She apologized profusely. So we sat for 2.5 hours in the sweltering heat outside on a tiny curb. Nice! Then we learned GPS doesn't work so good for walking here. It was taking me in circles. I texted the mgmt office and told them I was struggling to find the place. She sends me a pin location which didnt help at all. Finally I get there after walking for 35 mins. No joke. The girl was like 12 years old and had no compassion or understanding of our difficulty. And didn't care. Then the bill comes up. I paid ahead of time and had the exact amount paid to Booking on my phone. She gave me a bill for about 100€ more. And sent it thru Booking which at that time I chose to deal with that later. She then sent her colleague to check us in. The walk was about 3 mins. I cant be the only one who couldn't find their location. Wouldn't it have been easier and more hospitable to meet us at the apt? I've been to many BnBs before and that was always done for us. The room. The tiny room. Looked way bigger online. Tiny fridge that barely fit a large water. No room to leave our luggage open. Tiny closet with 3 hangers for a shirt. Nothing else. No bar soap. Coffee maker but the coffee was awful. Yes, there's a balcony. It would have been nice to have a small table with chairs to enjoy. Nope. This place was the bare minimum.

Avoid!! This place is led by an agency, you cannot contact the owner, so that’s why nobody cares about guests. We politely asked if somebody could help us with our luggage, they said no, we asked if we could just leave our stuff (we travelled by mororbike) somewhere untill the apartment is ready, they say no, even though the apartment was ready, but they didn’t want to come and unlock reception (it was 14:30h). They were rude the whole time, also they said we cannot pay city tax by card, and then when we didn’t have exactly 4 euros but a bigger bill, they again started forcing us to find exactly 4 euros. They didn’t have soap, slippers, no extra blankets (and the room is supercold). When we talked about this to the girl who showed us the room, she said that the agency has many apartments and that “we should enjoy staying in Monopoli”. So basically, user experience 0/10.

Property was essentially located to all of Monopoly and the location was perfect and it was very clean with great air conditioning Everything was great

The location was great, so close to all the restaurants, stores and waterfront. The lockbox was not working and the property management did not seem to care at all and made no attempts to fix it. We did not choose to get the room cleaned everyday, but even when it was cleaned the supplies weren’t often replenished. I had to call to get coffee, sugar, etc replaced.

The room is clean, big and is located in a renovated building. We liked the option to choose the days when we would like the room to be cleaned. Location is perfect, a few steps from the main square. What we liked the most was the rooftop terrace - worth the money.
