This was a beautiful property on the water. We went to celebrate a birthday and it was the perfect location. The bedrooms were large and had high end toiletries. The restaurants on the property were delicious and had excellent service. It's also pretty centrally located and was only a few minutes from the downtown area. Highly recommend this property.

Resort is beautiful, small lake, beautiful harbor, restaurants and hotel stunning. Room had a couple dirty, worn areas…lampshades, shower but overall nice.

We had an enjoyable vacation.

Additionally, it was not clear at the time of booking that some first-floor rooms require using stairs. We later found out that there is an option for ground-floor rooms, which would have been more suitable for us. It may be helpful to clarify the room descriptions to make these details more transparent for future guests.

The serving staff was excellent But be careful of additional charges as I had to really review my folio and was refunded an occurrence They need additional chairs for the pool and bar areas The coffee server at the shop was the only server They need two in the morning

Lackluster staff service while somehow still being pretentious. There are better places to visit and better places to stay.
