Bed was comfortable. Unobstructed view of the ocean while I laid in my bed. So close to Gosman Dock. Perfect little beach in-between property and Gosman's Dock. I can't wait to go back.

Very clean and spacious accommodations in a quiet spot not far from great restaurants. I think Sun & Sound offers budget hospitality with the convenience of excellent dining options. The staff is very friendly and will go out of their way to help. However, it is not on the ocean beach as the marketing suggests. It is situated on the Sound, where a beach is being developed.

If you’re looking for a solid, clean, no-frills place to stay that’s on the water this place is great.

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and I really enjoy coming back. The hotel is always clean, the staff is respectful and friendly, and I’ve always been given a room with a beautiful view of the bay, which is definitely a plus. Overall, it’s a comfortable place to stay, and I would definitely come back again!

Had a great stay! Easy check in and had everything we need right there. Gorgeous views loved the back area seating.

It’s very clean, good location, beach view is nice. But the back door locker was not working, it’s too dangerous. That was room 108, the back door (facing to the pool) locker should be fixed at once. Also, the sofa bed should be changed, it couldn’t support two people.

Our room was overlooking the bay and it was beautiful watching the sunset on our deck. The pool was great and the facilities were clean and comfortable. They also let us use the facilities even after checkout so my daughters could still enjoy the pool a little longer. After checkout we needed a bathroom but the hotel didn't have a public bathroom at the check out desk area. The front desk worker did offer the private bathroom for my daughter to use which was nice but a public one could be helpful for future stays before or after checkout.

Gorgeous location, the facility was clean and relaxing. We were able to have coffee on the porch by the water. Only very small issue was the cleaning crew attempted to open the door prior to the check out time. They seemed confused as we were still there.
