Excellent assistance from the owner and staff. They were very kind and friendly. I really recommend to stay here. Location is great, nearby the centre. Rooms are huge, with table, chairs, fridge and tv. Everything was good

This is a lovely location, quiet, but not far from iconic sites. The space was comfortable and well suited for a solo traveler. Contacting staff for a bag drop off/early check in was difficult. They were accommodating once I managed to get a hold of them.

A hidden gem in a residential neighborhood. All the rooms surround a small central courtyard that is equipped with a few picnic tables. Anything you need is within an easy walk and even most of the tourist museums and parks are within walking distance (or if you prefer, an inexpensive Uber ride away). The rooms are huge - they appear to be refurbished apartments as all of them had at least two separate rooms within the assigned room, as well as a large bathroom, with hot shower. A small fridge was in each room, which was perfect since there was a convenience store directly across the street to get cheap drinks and snacks. It's not the Ritz, but your not paying for that, so there really wasn't anything to dislike if you accept that your getting a nice, air-conditioned room, fairly centrally located, for very little cost.

Very Spacious. I loved the fridge, microwave and the comfort of the beds. The entrance to the room was a bit difficult, but we caught on.

The location was good, not too far from Sta Lucia and Parque Fundidora. The suite was very simple, but clean and the A/C worked well. I liked the mirror light in the bathroom. When the water heated up in the shower, it had good water pressure. Everything was spacious (bedroom and bathroom). The door codes are convenient (no need to worry about physical keys). There were only two towels provided for two people, and no bathroom floor towel. The sink was slow to drain and the shower took five mins to warm up in the morning. Perhaps some interior decor would make the place appear more warm and inviting.

The location is quite good, as it is walkable to the canal. The room is big, and there are two beds, the smaller one is more comfy. There is no hot water, and there was one night the temperature dropped from 80s to 50s. I was shaking while inside the room and needed to wear a jacket to sleep. The shower drips nonstop and I had to put towels on the floor to absorb some dripping noise. There is a metal plate under the shower which makes a huge noise with the drips.
