Lovely views from our corner suite. Good gym Staff were amazing - nothing was too much trouble Good having kitchen and laundry Location was good for getting anywhere in the city

Great location near old city and Chinatown Light in bathroom was not bright enough.

Couldn’t have asked for a better location! The room is fully equipped and very comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was good, with a waffle making station. Hotel parking was very busy and a little tricky but we managed it.

Rooms were noisy from highway and breakfast was terrible and too busy

Good sized room with very comfortable bed. Good location for getting to old town No TV streaming Netflix. Trying to get breakfast like being in a rugby scrum. Breakfast offerings just adequate. Noise from traffic outside. Very close to where down & outs gather but they were not a problem. Very expensive compared to our hotels in Toronto, Ottawa & Quebec

Ok location, although it is surrounded by homeless people on one side. I had a confirmed reservation through booking.com. When I arrived, I was told that the computer was down, but we could leave our luggage and come back in one or two hours to get our room. When we returned, we were told that there was NO room for us, and that booking.com should not have confirmed. I asked them if they felt any responsibility for leaving clients who paid $700 stranded in a city with no more available rooms at that time, and they said no. The acting manager was quite rude and completely unhelpful. So we had to book a hotel way out of town, take an expensive taxi ride late in the evening, and lose our final evening and morning in Montreal to a major error and negligence by Hilton, with no apology.

The breakfast was lovely and varied, which was appreciable. I really loved the fact that we had changes also throughout the week, and that there were many vegetarian options. The room was spacious and as described, and we had lovely amenities for our entire stay. It was amazing to have washer and dryer inside the room, and the pool and gym facilities were amazing and lovely to use on a hot July evening. I wish I could have paid my booking beforehand, which was the only downside for me. The booking was made in advance, and I did not have the option to pay before arriving at the property, which turned out to be a bit of a misunderstanding on the day as they cancelled my booking since my plane was delayed and I could not answer the phone. Thankfully the staff on the day was very helpful and gave us back our room!

We stayed multiple days and the first few days maid service did not come to our room. We had to call and request towels etc. we informed the front desk about a spill in the elevator and it was not cleaned up hours after that.

Honestly , not much we liked. Rude staff and breakfast was poor. Room was ok. And having to pay for parking was ridiculous when already under hotel. And the extra charges onto of the original price Everything above

Nothing much to say about hotel in general charged 250dollars to remove a cup of the balcony table I also smoked for 8 days on the balcony with hotel staff knowing about this they went on to say on last day no smoking so be careful to leave your room as you walked into it. Staff very rude children seen things what they should never be seeing drug users dropping needles in reception area hotel in a very run down area. Choose your hotel wisely guys these are out to over charge and get all what they can out of you. Check your deposit asap.
