The only downside is how thin the walls are, with this being an old hotel that has been renovated. Easy to hear conversations coming from the room next door. We have stayed multiple times, I would recommend asking for an upstairs room!

Clean and came in an hour and a half early and they let me check in. Good customer service and thank you guys for having us so close to the state beach which is only a short 3 minutes drive or 15 minute walk away.

small room clean loud ac unit with bright green lights put towel over..no dresser, some noise by staircase but over all good location for morro visit...staff was helpful enough but denied any late checkout unless 25.00 hr seemed excessive for what we paid for a sat night already

Anyway, our key was messed up and someone else had to come figure it out for her and let us in our room. Everything else was fine, it was just a bit infuriating to be brushed off twice when we were there first. It did not ruin the day nor the possibility of us going back for another stay.

The room was very clean. The walls are thin and I could hear the neighbors on both sides and above me. I couldn't get the coffee pot to work.

Rooms were very clean and well decorated, comfortable stay, just very very very thin walls. Also the sheets were all piled and rough so made sleeping on them uncomfortable. Also AC was loud, functional but loud. Great location and good for the price you pay

I liked the cozy of it I like the location I liked the staff I didn’t like the parking we parked on the street rooms weren’t ready twice shower water pressure was very poor my wife couldn’t wash her hair I’m almost bald and also had a hard time

Everything about our stay here was a positive experience.Check in was quick, room was clean and comfortable. each room has a parking spot,so when you go somewhere you dont have to worry if there is a place to park when you return. Also room had mini fridge and microwave. Will stay here again. Also GREAT breakfast place across the street.

I was running late and couldn't make it by the check-in time. However, the staff was very flexible and let me check-in the next morning early when I got to town.

The rooms are very well designed. The beds are not comfortable the mattress needs an upgrade. My father had his own room and his back was hurting both nights. The showers have no pressure at all, try washing the beach out of your hair with no water pressure no fun. Air conditioner was great nice and cold.

Very clean room. bed very comfortable. Toilet seemed loose from the floor but worked appropriately. Very satisfied!

Rooms look newly renovated and modern, making it a comfortable place to stay! Staff also very welcoming with good local recommendations. Would definitely stay here again when returning!

got stuck ground floor room and cheap construction made impossible sleep with sounds people walking above me and hearing people in adjacent rooms. sleep score =0, i would never go back there
