Extended Stay America Suites Mt Laurel Pacilli Place

The staff was nice. The kitchen and bathroom are extremely outdated for the price of the room and my Wi-Fi did not work.

room was comfortable and no noise from other rooms on my stay....

The facility was nice and clean the room had lots of space all the appliances worked , only bad thing was the beds were small and not so comfortable other then that I would rate this hotel a 7/10 I would recommend The beds could have more pillow top because they were very uncomfortable

Stayed for one night after going to Diggerland. Good hotel and location for the price.

Staff is very rude

The staff here was absolutely amazing. Priscilla at the front desk gave us a warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful welcome. Sylvia, the supervisor, was also awesome and so accommodating. Our room was very clean, the beds were very comfortable, and I loved the wooden floor—you could tell the floors had just been cleaned and waxed. When we asked for kitchen utensils for the room, the staff provided them with no problem at all. The hotel was very quiet, clean, and located in a highly convenient area. We highly recommend this location!

I enjoyed my stay here.The staff was so friendly and very welcoming. I will be staying again in the future when I visit the area. You can tell that the staff really care about the building and the people in it.

I would never. Ever. Stay here ever again. I wouldn't stay here again if Jesus Christ told me to do so. This hotel smells HORRIBLE. My room smelled HORRIBLE. The keys hardly work for the door. I had a more than slight ant issue in my room. The floor of the room was super nasty. It had a slimy film or something on it. Whoever was there before me clearly smoked cigarettes and weed in the room. Oh and the manager how could I forget. I can't remember her name, but she was a real A Hole. The only good thing I can say about this place is the water was hot. I'd sleep in my car before I sleep here again. This place should be condemned.
