Convenient location, clean room, decent breakfast for hotels. Only downside was Internet was spotty and didn’t work very well. So for business traveler, I would be concerned.

I love the patience and helpfulness of the staff at the front desk & the great professionalism of the man who does the continental breakfast!
-
Love the property even it did not have elevator but it was easy to go through the stairs.

When we went to the front desk to ask about housekeeping services, the staff seemed somewhat unwilling to accommodate our request. We understand that there were a limited number of housekeeping staff members and many rooms to service, but the overall experience could have been handled with better communication and customer service. Overall, we enjoyed the hotel and its amenities, but the housekeeping service and the way our concerns were addressed could definitely be improved.

Checked into our 2 bedroom suite and the second we opened the door, it smelled like rotten trash. Called down to the office, they sent someone up from maintenance who showed up with a bottle of bleach spray. Walked in and said he couldn’t smell anything, was extremely rude and did nothing but spray the bleach into the sink and dishwasher. With our young kids in the room. Made a comment about how it could be mold in the vents and acted as if it was no big deal. Someone from the front desk ended up coming up and when she walked in, she smelled it immediately and was able to get us into a different room. The room was filthy but at least it didn’t smell. The restaurant and bar were shut down. The breakfast was hard microwaved waffles, powered eggs… the bare minimum and the food was barely edible. The pool was dirty. We were there friday-monday, no one came to take trash or swap out towels.. make the beds. Nothing. Really horrible experience and would never stay again.

Shout out to the Front Desk Agent who handle the day to day of the Guest especially Tanisha she went above and beyond to make sure we was comfortable in our room especially when we overheard Housekeeping berating and her and disrespecting her all because we asked for additional pillows due to the size of the pillows on the bed. The Breakfast was good the gentleman running that did a phenomenal job as a ONE MAN SHOW !! The Owner/Manager should take the carpets out the room since the pets are allowed as well as not be concerned if the Hotel is SOLD OUT OR NOT! I think was rude and egregious to be concerned about over the comfort of your guest. As i said its the Front Desk the reason I would come back and or anyone in my party would especially Tanisha . Housekeeping and work on their cleaning skills but overall nice stay location is close to everything . Definitely would visit again despite the few hiccups .

Like I said, it has been better in the past and I hope they go back to their higher standards, because I like staying there because I don't have to listen to banging doors in the hallway like in a typical hotel.

This location can use some up to date, Also breakfast was terrible need some new cooks. I was not impress at all or the money we spent.
-
When we went to check out there was no one at the desk. We waited around for 15 minutes and nobody showed up. Other guests came and waited. We finally gave up and left.

Our room smelled like something died. Had to go buy cleaning supplies and it barely helped. There was empty bottles of alcohol in the bag of linens for the pull out sofa with no blankets

We stayed one night and it was good. The room was clean and comfortable. We checked in late and the night person was not enthusiastic to check us in. The person on daytime when we checked was very nice and helpful.

The rooms were not well maintained or clean at all. There was hair all over the shower wall in one bathroom with mold and blood on the back of the door in the other bathroom. The carpet was quite sticky in some places throughout the room as well. The pool was great and the basketball court was cool. The breakfast had a good selection. Overall an ok place to land at the end of a busy day. Free parking was nice too.
