Rooms need updating. Room felt moisture in air, and sheets damp from loud AC unit. Could not get comfortable to sleep. Checked out before dawn due to this.

Very good

The hallways were covered in dog hair, dirt, and big stains. My room had hair in shower and in the bed. There was water damage on ceiling and the chair was totally dirty. The walls had paint chipped off. The bathtub was stained black from dirt.

We checked in 10 pm. Front desk staff was so friendly and helpful. Room was very clean, bed very comfy. Breakfast area was clean, food choices were real good. Staff was cleaning breakfast area and filling breakfast items. Checkout was easy and staff was pleasant. We would absolutely stay here again!

Clean room, parking is ample. Great location.

I really enjoyed this property as a staycation guest. The parking was free and abundant. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the room was welcoming, warm, and comfortable. It was also immaculate and clean!!! As a solo, female traveler, I felt extremely safe and the continental breakfast was phenomenal!

Spend the extra money and go across the street to the Hyatt.

On 7/22/2026 my family booked a room with two beds at Hampton Inn Philadelphia/Mt. Laurel through Expedia (and paid extra for the (2 queen bed) room type. We drove 6 hours from Boston to attend a relative's funeral. The staff assign the room had only (one king bed and a sofa), not the (two queen beds) we booked and paid for 2 beds. When my son went to the front desk to request the room type we paid for, the agent refused to give us any valuable help. He told us “I can cancel it” and We asked “then where would we sleep” he replied “that’s not my problem” and "well, there is a sofa, so it’s basically two beds”. His attitude was dismissive and rude.

It was nice

I like the breakfast I didn't like the hard uncomfortable pull out couch, dirty stain pillowcases and sheets, i didn't like I asked for towels before checking out to take a shower it was never brought up for me, I didn't like the 4th floor I was on, the people next door were fighting nonstop around midnight and making violent threats, I was terrified. Not very peaceful
