Uncomfortable bed and terrible and unhealthy breakfast choices. Won’t be back.

Staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was clean

Convenient location, clean and spacious rooms. Family of four stayed over night and happy with accommodation and toiletries. Staff was great too.

I’ve been selecting IHG Holiday Inn for a while. I can count on familiar rooms and amenities as well as clean rooms and fresh coffee that are available for people working unusual hours

I booked a room with 2 double beds, they gave me a room with a king. Room smelled like cigarettes, when I complained to the front desk they had someone come and spray air freshener. Lady who was supposedly a manager was extremely rude. Absolutely no hospitality skills.

Came to city for a concert. Staff were very accommodating with letting us check in early and also check out late. Hotel was clean and staff were all very friendly. Would recommend and will stay again if in area.

Everything was adequate. The breakfast was very good. The room a/c worked fine. The bathtub seemed to have been patched in a funny way. The entrance area had a definite perfumy smell, not bad, but perhaps a problem for sensitive guests. In a couple of ways, it seemed the motel was not maintained as well as it could have been -- for example, a metal strip on the room wall edge was coming off.

It was clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was good. need some upgrades but it sill was great for the price!

The day staff was very friendly. My gripe was when checking in we ordered three two queen rooms. When given the keys, I found that we were given a king bed with pull out couch. The desk attendant explained that they were overbooked and that rooms are first come first serve. I've never heard of that policy before. They offered to provide me some extra Holiday Inn points for my account. Breakfast is good but need to make sure you arrive before 9am since they stop making anything else by that time.

it was a very nice, clean hotel and it was an amazing breakfast. we traveled from new york all the way to this hotel and it was very worth it. amazing hotel, thanks.

The rooms could have been clean better hair find in bed and a insect was crawling in the bed, had to get housekeeping to change the bed and clean the room
