Do not travel there alone, especially women. Thank goodness I was there with my adult sons. I wouldn't have felt safe walking to and from the car nor on the elevator or in hallways. The staff allowed loitering in the parking lot as well as in front of the hotel door. These persons appeared to be on some kind of substance and appeared to be homeless and/or between housing.

Problems with checking in, my daughter had an accident, because they gave us a broken sofa.

The room has a very terrible smell. Hardly fell asleep because of it.

The room had roaches, the ac unit had a moldy mildew smell to it that hits you when you walked into the room, and there were just some previous damage marks in the rooms/old lighting fixtures with rust

Hard to get on the phone when calling with questions. Front desk staff not helpful in person. Charged me twice for my room. Hotel condition in bad shape. Stairwells smell horrible. I stayed at this hotel a few years back. It has gone all the way down hill. You can find way better.

Rooms are good for what you pay. They are clean enough, but worn.

The Manager went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. No fuss, No stress just a nice clean quiet room. Thank you

There were a lot of people who live at this hotel sitting out front smoking cigarettes and calling each other crack heads. The hallways and elevator were filthy. People wer onpenly dealing drugs in the hallways.

Overall cleanliness

I actually hated it. I was in room 216 and requested to move to another room on Friday July 10, 2026, I was told that all the rooms were sold. Room 216 DID NOT HAVE AIR CONDTIONING in 86 degrees and no hot water. No hot water in the entire building.

The man at the front desk was very pleasant. The smell of mildew, and weed smacks you in the face upon entering. The refrigerator rattles all night long. No lock on the bathroom door, limited tv channels, couldn’t get one to turn on and the other to turn off. Microwave was held together by black duct tape. The floor in the kitchen area is all buckled and bumpy. Massive grease and unexplainable stains. The smell is really nauseating.

I Liked Nothing Abt This Place It The Front Clerk Looked At Me Like I Owed Him Money Didnt Greet Me At All Pure RUDE!!! The Place Smelled Horrible No Hot Water At Anytime & I Went Out For A While & When I Returned There A Police Raid Going On !!! Did I Mention There Were People With Drug Habits All Over The Place !!! I'm Tellin Everyone Thru Social Media & Word Off Mouth Too Stay Away From That Place By Staying Some Where ELSE !

The elevator smelled terrible and that's because there was feces on the floor, most likely from a dog since they allowed them because we noticed water bowls by check-in with a dog face on them. The hallway carpets had stains everywhere. The floors in our room were dirty and not swept. We used the bathroom sink to wash our hands once and it wouldn't drain. The pull out couch had stains on the mattress and mold on the underside of the actual bed part. Our bedroom was missing the inside door handle so we couldn't close the door. The smoke detector in the main area and bedroom were missing and had wires just hanging from the ceiling. Being in the fire protection industry for 20+ years, I know this is a severe code violation. There were sprinkler heads, assuming tbe system was functional, but at that point, its a fire and getting out safely would probably be quite difficult. There was a constant beeping, every few minutes, from somewhere outside our room that went on all night long. So, we obviously didn't sleep well at all. The AC in the main living area barely worked and had some sort of contraption to vent air into the bedroom through a wall vent which didn't work at all. So, it was warm and stuffy which also didn't help with sleeping. We will never stay there again unless some money is invested in it to fix it up, make it code compliant, safe, clean and comfortable.

Dog dropping in elevators and it was a dirty hotel

Nothing Staff rude not helpful and basically not friendly. Asked for an extra pillow was told there were none. King size bed 2 tiny pillows. The rug in the room was filthy. I never saw a rug so dirty in my life. I took a paper towel and wet it and rubbed the carpet, it turned black. There was a Beatle in the bathroom. Just hanging out on the shower curtain. There were no bed side tables. My husband has a cpap machine. I had to move a table from the bathroom into the bedroom for his machine. It felt so dirty I didnt even feel comfortable sitting on the furniture. My husband is in a wheelchair and the front door is not automatic. I struggled going in and out with him and with the luggage cart. That carpet will be instilled in my mind forever. It was terrible. Going in and out of the room there was a huge lip so I had the most difficult time getting his wheelchair over it. Will never go back to this hotel.

HORRIBLE!!!!! no hot water, not told during check in - had 3 in my party had to ask for towels and an extra blanket. Hallways and room smelled of dog and smoke. No phone in the room STAY AWAY
