The location, perfect! All good!!

There is nothing I didn't like.

They are welcoming, they prepare everything if i needed Breakfast so good, clean place and ambience so well In the room the beds need to have one curtain

It was very clean, they were very helpulf and they had a very good service, also i liked the food. I felt pretty safe:) They didnt put a towel to dry my hands after washing them ando also they guve you only one comforter.

Very close the the Theriesenwiesen!

The other tenants in my room snored excessively, but that really isn't something the hostel can control.

Great location, great staff, nice breakfast. The staff at the reception desk went above and beyond their duties. The room was very simple which was fine, but it would have been nice to have an electric tea kettle in the room or access to one in a common space.

AMAZINGGG LOCATION, 10/10 for the location, the hostel was pretty decent, no noise no out & about travellers, very cosy & nice

The room was clean and big enough for three people. Not only the bed I received but also the small table with three benches for all members having a chit chat together. The neighbors were loud. However they were quiet at the restricted time and the internet connection in the room was quite poor and unstable during my stay.

There is no small light around the sink. When staying with other people, I like to do my things quietly and without disturbing others. I struggled as the person who woke up the first. Cannot turn on big lights, cannot open the curtains… A small light around the sink is much needed. Also, someone else was sleeping in my assigned bed. Maybe you can make it clear that everyone has to take the assigned one, not the desired one. Lastly, it’d be amazing if you could add vegan options for breakfast (maybe hummus and avocado next to the tomato and cucumber). Thanks for your attention!

The receptionist was very kind and clear. The room was clean and well-thought-out. I quite liked the breakfast! And on the morning when I was leaving too early for breakfast, the very kind receptionist prepared a breakfast baggie for me. Thank you for the kind hospitality! The AC was broken during the two nights that I was there, but the receptionist was very upfront about it and was waiting for a repair man. The heat did not bother me much during my stay.

The air conditioner didn't work in some very hot summer days...

This hotel was super clean and organized. We are family of 4 and how hotel set up was great. Breafast was awesome and staff was all very kind. Great location . I guess it was football night. Some people were loud in middle of night. We used air-conditioned next day and closed window. Hotel offer only one towel per person. No hand towels.

The staff were wonderful and so kind. They helped with recommendations and directions.

Cheap price for a quality stay. Room was cleaned daily, well ventilated, and in a good location. Typical peaceful english breakfast. It was my first time to stay in a hostel and I'm worried for my next hostel as this set my standard high. As the location is in the center, the noise from the pub outside is normal.

Everything is good! There are just two things which I have fed back in the ‘what didn’t you like’ section. No WiFi in my room. Not sure if this is possible, but perhaps something hot for the breakfast? I enjoy everything else at the hostel it’s a great place.
