Rate was not correct! Charged me at $30.00 check in early fee! I checked in at !pm. When did Hotels start that crap? Room was ready sitting there but Hotel wanted more money? Was told dog fee was $50 was charged $60.00. Asked for a receipt and FDesk Associate did not want to give me one, Now I understand why! The nightly rate was not what was advertised on Expedia! I could have stayed at Residence Inn cheaper! Bathroom Floor and kitchen floor was like greasy! Bathroom door handle was broken!

That it was close to many restaurants It wasn’t very clean. I cannot stand to see hair in/on the towels, on the floors, in the bed. The room didn’t have a pleasant smell. The pillows were extremely small. There was a leaking noise in the bathroom ceiling. Dogs barking through the hallway along with the stinky smell & dog hair. The employees weren’t very friendly with the exception of 2. The elevator has what appears to be a bullet hole in the door.

My family and I did not have a pleasant experience here. When we came to check in, we almost didn’t have a room because apparently housekeeping didn’t come in that day so one of our rooms had to be taken from another guest who hadn’t arrived yet. Our toilet stopped up and we were told that maintenance doesn’t work on weekends so we ended up having to unstop the toilet ourselves. The beds were hard as well so we didn’t sleep good either. We won’t be back to this hotel again. Also, we had requested that both rooms be on the same floor (due to medical reasons) and we were told that they don’t really care about guest check in notes.

Not so great stay here. Some staff was helpful but some were terrible. The room was not cleaned the whole time I was here and I as to physically get everything I needed by myself from the front desk. There was a day they had no towels available. The rooms were very dirty, carpet looked like he had not been vacummed. The bed sheets looked like they were not changed, has previous guest hair and crumbs on the sheets still. Would not stay here again ever.

Breakfast was terrible. All they had was biscuits and sausage gravy. Stale biscuits and cold gravy. No help. Only person was at front desk.

Everything was good. Kitchen was extremely helpful when traveling on a budget and not wanting to eat out for every meal! I definitely will be back!

Convenient location and clean. Parking is easy and the staff was helpful with anything we needed. A moderate breakfast, with yogurt, pastries, cereal, oatmeal, juices, and biscuits with gravy.

Made reservations online eebm though it showed multiple rooms available. We showed up a few minutes later and was told there was NO availability. I am now having to dispute the charge thru my credit card!

Accommodations were great. Breakfast was a bit disappointing.

Used this hotel last year in November and it was much better then.. this time door didn’t fully close to room could open it without key card.. microwave would turn on but didn’t warm food… breakfast options also weren’t as good as it was in November… had good experience last time only reason I wanted to pick this hotel again this time but probably won’t be back again after last experience

Rooms were fine, just not well cleaned. Breakfast was always out of something. not really a breakfast setup at all...
