Do not stay here. I got to my room and it smelled so bad of something rotten and cigarettes. First off the whole property smelled awful and like cigarettes, my shoes were sticking to the floor the whole way. I went to the front to talk to the manager and he insisted that once I checked in I couldn't receive a refund if I didn't try another room, so I tired another room and it was the exact same. I reeked of cigarettes, so I went back and he said he could not refund me my money. So I left the property and went somewhere else. I will be filing a credit card dispute to get my money back. DO NOT stay here.

Nothing really unique the handicap rooms. The top is higher than in the other rooms. The bed is so close to the wall. You only can get out one side of it. The couch and furniture was tore up the whole hotel smells like smoke, but I did not have time to change hotels. The staff made me wait to check in until he got done vacuuming the floors I can write more, but I don’t feel like it.

Not as advertised lets say. Stayed 2 nights and found another hotel after there was a firevon the floor above me from someone cooking tortillas on a hot plate. Cant make this stuff up.

Avoid

We had 4 rooms and all had mold on the walls. One had feces on the wall. One had blood on the mattress. There were vagrants loitering. Did not feel safe nor were the rooms remotely clean. We demanded a refund and changed hotel.

I would NOT recommend this place. Stay ANYwhere BUT here. We checked in and LEFT after seeing the deplorable condition of the rooms. Looks good, clean and new from the outside. It ABSOLUTLEY is NOT.

Warning this a nasty place rooms worse then anything I have ever seen. Human waste on the walls of room and bathroom. This place shouldnt be open one bed full of bed bugs we left and of course no refund from hotels com. If you stay you will leave with something you didn't want

Very dirty building. Very greasy floors. I wanted to get a refund because the property feels unsafe, is not clean, and has an unpleasant odor. A refund was refused to me, despite not violating any policies that would cause a refund refusal. I was not happy to stay at this property.

The AC unit didn't work. I was in a non smoking room but there was a smell of stale smoke that permeated into my room. The hotel is right by the highway so it was a little hard to sleep because of noise from traffic.

The toilets wouldn't flush in the first room they put me in and the second room they put me in. In the second room they put me in after the toilet wouldn't flush in the first room, maintenance left there tools in the room. The last room I stayed in for one night, the microwave was running and no one was in the room.

Parking was easy and about the best thing at this location. Wasn’t that best for sure, and I wouldn’t stay here again.

Ac keep the room cool, I love the bed , And the hot water in the shower was great

Waiting for a receptionist or manager for over 15 minutes at help desk to check in.

The person at the front desk was very pleasant. The door to the room was very hard to open. The whole floor was very very sticky. The tub was clogged and wouldn't drain. The fan in the bathroom didn't work at all. The ceiling in the bathroom was moldy. All rooms need smart tvs.

I really like the location and there was no noise. There was a strong smell of cigar smoke in the hallways.

Stayed here for one night. One working light in the bathroom, room was barely clean, floor was filthy and had not been swept or mopped in a long while…my socks were black on the bottom! Furniture is very dated and run down. Everything in the room felt sticky.

The room had a musty smell but other than that it was fine

Room was pretty dirty. The bed itself was fine, but all other areas not so much. Good fridge and a microwave is a plus
