Ocean Park Resort by Vacasa

The rooms was disgusting, it looked nothing like it was advertised to be, smelled like cigarettes, did not stay . Would not let my dog sleep in that place

The resort was clean and always maintained. I added a night to my stay through the resort and they moved things around to make me able to stay in my original room for the night. The balcony view was beautiful and was perfect for my girlfriend’s birthday vacation. The staff was extremely attentive and did everything they could to make my stay great. I highly recommend staying at this resort.

Room was clean, bed was soft and comfortable, shower water was hot, pool was nice and clean and the view was perfect. I couldn’t ask for a better vacation. I will definitely book a stay here again next time I’m in Myrtle Beach.

It seems like the staff needs a stronger manager to prod them along and keep them on task which could help in all areas of the operation. Location was great a lot of barking dogs which is not great on my part I think you should not take pets on vacation. It wasn’t terrible but plenty room for improvement.

Place felt cheap and decrepit.

The staff was great..friendly and helpful and I did get my request, ocean facing balcony on am upper floor. The room is in serious need of a remodel. Cleanliness was ok at first glance, but when i went to hop in the shower after a long travel day, there was a strand of long black hair on the wall. I have blonde short hair. The balcony had the cheapest plastic chairs ever made. I must have missed those on the virtual tour. Cleaning dept. Forgot about the balcony. It had sand on it, a decent amount. Faucets could use replaced and painf

Cons- Every-time we walked in the front door, there was dog poop within 10 feet of the door- and there is no grass so dog owners were not properly cleaning up after their pets. The rooms do need an update. The tub was chipped, the drain would not drain quickly and you could see where they had replaced cabinets.

Hotel great the stuff helpul. The room clean only my concern closet. The guest put their clean clothes in closet, but the broom and dust pan inside the closet. The hallway need to vacuum.

Let me start by saying any vacation I'm able to take. I'm very grateful for however. The pictures that were on their website compared to inperson We're very off unless that was pictures for a different location. And it could have well been, however. The room seemed to be, you know, very run down like it's time for an update the pool was closed earlier than the time stated. You can only get one parking pass per room. Not the worst experience so far, yet very over priced.

Poperty was ok. My room smelled like mold had a bit of a breathing problem the first night front desk lady came to mask the smell but it did not work. They did not move me to another room😕 Front desk clerks do not have the authority to make decision . Over flow parking was in a dark lot. Not safe!

We had a great time. Room & bathroom clean. Balcony overlooked beach. Small kitchenette with fridge enabled small meals, cold drinks, and snacks without going out. Had to endure one day of beach rehab in front of hotel, but other areas of the beach were still within easy walk, less than 5 minutes. Would have liked a small table on the balcony(we didn't ask if one was available). Close to some restaurants. Easy car ride to everything else Myrtle Beach has to offer. Adrian at hotel desk was great! We recommend this hotel!

Everything was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Staff was receptive of challenges I had , as far as the TV.

The room was clean and had beautiful ocean view. Also there was 2 pools and a hot tub which was nice. Easy access to beach too. Only thing I didn't like was that only place dogs can use bathroom was a small area in parking garage that was Astroturf. It smelled pretty bad and my dog didn't like it.

View was awesome, full size fridge and full size stove with microwave and coffee pot were very handy. I would stay here again

Everything was fine, but the microwave wasn't working.That was the only issue
