The lazy river the reason I booked the hotel for my grandson was not even open. Did not open the whole time we were there. Check in was horrendous, unloading and loading your vehicle was a chore. Won’t visit them again

Went for my daughter’s birthday. She’s 4 and had A BLAST. Multiple pools and a splash pad. This resort is definitely aimed for kids. We all enjoyed our stay though! The room was clean. Everyone was friendly.

Complete surprise to find out that I had reserved the room with a full kitchen. I had seen other rooms within their hotel with the full kitchens just thought that I had reserved a smaller room that didn't have a full kitchen. Guess I thought only the oceanfront rooms had the full kitchen. We totally enjoyed the queen bedroom with TV, then next was the bath that was really nice, then you pass through a full kitchen with stove, sink, with full size refrigerator not the studio dorm room refrigerator, and a living room space with a small table, pullout sofa and a murphy wall bed. The queen bed was comfortable. Our balcony overlooked the swimpark and a side view of the ocean. We enjoyed the lazy river pool. There was a coffee shop on site and a little store. There were a few restaurants within walking distance. We will stay there again. Not far from the Myrtle Beach Pelicans Baseball Park. We enjoyed the game.

For the price we paid this was a really nice place. The rooms were nice, clean and modern. Loved the property, there were great pools, water park/slide. Tiki bar, breakfast cafe and more that we probably didn't get to see. But it was a great location and a great price. Would stay here again for sure.

Family friendly that’s about it.

In all my years of oceanfront hotel rooms I've never stayed in one that sweats. The entrance room was soaked the entire time. The bathroom floor was FULL of water when we arrived. It made me sick once I got home. I had to keep the air blasting to keep the floor semi dry. I'm anemic so go figure. It was the slams so it was loud and not relaxing at all. The wet floor and the semi clean dishes made me uncomfortable and I couldn't wait to leave. This hotel has allot of pools and allot of rooms. The hotel did accomodate us in the last minute so I'm grateful for that. I probably won't go back because I generally don't like that part of MBeach.

Our stay was great! We were right at the beach. We were very close to everything, Broadway at the Beach, Motown, Malls, Walmart, Golden Corral and list goes on, helicopter rides! Definitely a great time was had! I plan to come back next summer. The hotel is a little dated but good. Well, the carpet on the balcony needs to be replaced other than that it was fine. I didn't like the code for the TV.

My wife and I really enjoyed the atmosphere and being able to wake up right by the ocean every day. The staff was friendly and helpful, and our overall experience was excellent. It was a great place for us to unwind, enjoy Myrtle Beach, and spend some quality time together. We would definitely stay at Sea Crest Oceanfront Resort again and recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, relaxing oceanfront stay in Myrtle Beach. 5 stars from us!

It was a pleasant experience—the hotel, the staff, and the pools for all ages. The only things I didn't like much were the parking and having to cross the street with children, but I would definitely recommend this place.

People was staying parked in unloading area and we had to unload from parking deck which was crazy and its a little dangerous going thru parking lot to get to parking deck

I wouldn’t stay again if I was visiting. The room had a humidity feel due to air coming in through cracks in the door. There were speckles of blood on bathroom wall and the door to the bathroom was filthy. The mattress was worn out and you could feel the springs. The chairs and rug in the room were nasty. The only good thing is the location and access to the beach.

You would want to bring your own cleaning supplies, the kitchen was partially clean, microwave was not cleaned at all, Bathroom shower walls had hair, check bed sheets, found long strands of hair when I pulled back to comforter blankets, had nice view, quick access to the beach and kids love the different pools,

Property is dated but it was nice and family friendly.
