The room was clean, but the pool was dirty and had a huge clump of hair on the bottom.

Everything from booking, checking in to checking out was great. All of the staff are kind and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful with a variety of choices. My dog loved her stay as well! I would stay here again and I do recommend Best Western near olde mystic village to anyone.

We were really looking forward to our stay, but this hotel fell far short of expectations for the price. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were flat. There was a persistent bad smell in the room, and the AC never properly de-humidified — everything stayed damp and never fully dried the entire stay. The towels were thin and barely absorbent, and the towel hooks weren’t even secured to the wall/door. The hotel’s entryway felt cheap, with an accordion-style door that didn’t match the polished description online. Breakfast was inedible. Overall, the experience didn’t come close to matching the listing or the price point. Would not stay again.

All good property clean, but dated

We came to Mystic to attend a family funeral and booked numerous rooms at this best Western. We were very disappointed at the quality of the room. There was a strong smell, and it was quite damp. There was not a fan in the bathroom to be able to air out the whole room. The floor was gritty and dirty. The pool was full of sand and quite chilly.

Friendly, attentive staff. Location. Bed was not super comfortable as it seemed worn. Pool and pool area could use more maintenance/cleaning to make nicer for guests. Room floors were damp the whole time and room smelled a bit musty. When we arrived the bed sheets also felt damp like they weren’t dried completely before putting them on the bed.

Great location to all attractions. Pool little small

Overall the room was very clean! The bed was old and uncomfortable the pillows were old and flat. When I asked for more pillows and towels the staff was very helpful

We were in town for a wedding.. the rooms was like wet and damp very uncomfortable for sleeping and the blankets were thin and not good at all.. the staff was so nice and working hard but the rooms were not good!

Location- walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and aquarium. The internet was terrible. The pillows awful- flattened like nothing.

Location Pretty much everything. Renamed to Worst Western

The staff was friendly, and location was great. Near all sites.

The beds were rock hard. The room air conditioner didnt really cooling the room. The dining area for breakfast is rather small compared to other hotels we have stayed so it couldn’t accommodate many guests. All the tables were full and many people were taking food back to their rooms. The common areas smelled musty and were visibly outdated.

Close to Mystic shops. Easy to find. Bed comfort was ok. Sheets/bedding very noisy and crinkly.

Passable

Comfortable bed. Good location. Helpful Front Desk staff. Not enough sound-proofing; we had to change rooms because a family was stomping around above us. A lot of little lights around the room that you can't shut off for night-time, and a gap under the door that lets in a fair bit of light; take a sleep mask if needed.

A special thank you to Stephan at the front desk, who went above and beyond to make our stay stress-free and extra special. His friendliness, professionalism, and attention to detail truly made a difference. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
