    Did not get to stay. Showed up and there was a sign on the door that said hotel closed for pipe burst. No notice even though apparently it’s being going on for months.

    When we arrived for check on 10 June we discovered the property was closed due to a burst pipe for over a month. I attached pictures of what the hotel posted on the front door. I was never notified by Booking or the property of the closure even though they put my charge through a few days before the check in date. I tried contacting Booking via live chat, they told me to call the hotel. Called the hotel phone number Booking provided me and no one answered the call which isn’t surprising since the hotel was closed! This is the worst travel experience I have ever had, we were forced to drive on and locate another hotel to spend the night. Booking, please reimburse the $411.70 you charged to my credit card on 3 June immediately!!! See above

    Nothing They sent an email cancelling my room while I was in the airport. I had booked monthes ago and got a last minute email they canceled due to remodeling.....would have been nice to have been notified earlier.

    The hotel is CLOSED!!! Expedia did not inform me! I showed up to find a note on the front door directing me to my third party booking agent. WHAT???

    Arrived to the hotel to find out they had a pipe break and the hotel was closed. Only after i called holiday inn was i informed my reservation was canceled without any notice from the hotel or hotels.com. I was 5 hours from home and had to scramble for another hotel. Never book through hotels.com

    I pulled up and the hotel was completely closed due to a pipe break back during superbowl apparently. I booked the hotel in November. No email or communication that the hotel had been closed for my arrival may 30. Very disappointed that the hotel did not communicate this ahead of time

    It was freezing cold couldn't even enjoy breakfast downstairs many guest complained and I booked 3 rooms and one had to change because tv wasn't working and then had a plumbing issue so room smelled like shit it was my mom birthday and it was just the worst weekend ever and I stayed at a lot of hotels !!! Was told I'll be getting a refund and yet still didn't get anything and the hotel number on site and on bookings isn't working all of a sudden this was the worst experience!! To top it off my bay had a body rash thanks to their sheets just not good and now I still haven't gotten my refund.....     It was at a good location on top of the hill The main lobby where we get breakfast was freezing cold and me and my family couldn't even enjoy the breakfast because down there was so cold even lots of other guests felt the same way and we even made a complaint. Even your workers were so cold they had to stand in the pool area to get warm worst experience ever and I had 3 rooms for my mom 60th birthday and we had such a bad experience. Had to change rooms twice because tv wasn't working and then other room had a plumbing issues and it smell so bad like shit. My son even had a bad rash after sleeping on the sheets

    The staff was wonderful and very helpful. It was nice to have the same two front desk worker's there everyday. I had a problem with the rooms fridge leaking and the front desk people replaced it quickly. I would recommend this hotel to others. I had nothing bad to say about this hotel.
