Loved the lounge with the outdoor firepit, it was family friendly and pool was loved by the whole gang!

Great location for either the beaches or Mystic waterfront, plenty of parking, and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful for anything. Would recommend and stay again.

Only thing that would be a negative is that breakfast was in a restaurant and not provided by the hotel.

While our room was quiet and the staff very friendly, there were also stained sheets, and a few other things. We expected more for the high price tag and Hilton name.

I also complained about the disgusting sink hole which normally is discolored if its not clean but that room #250 had layered black mold. Disgusting and they stay is the first time we complained after 40 years in staying at Hilton hotels

This was a mom & kids trip to explore mystic. We had a fabulous time! The hotel is conveniently located right across the street from the aquarium & the old mystic village. If you’re traveling without kids & want to stay in a more beachy part of town I’d recommend staying over the drawbridge area. Either way this hotel was very kid friendly, the pool area is nice & not like most hotels. I’d definitely come back.

Very nice Hilton property. well maintained and neat and clean as a pin from the lobby to the rooms. Staff was absolutely fantastic and really impressed us with great people skills and always a smile and warm greeting anytime they saw us. Great location to dining shopping and all attractions and beaches. would highly recommend and look forward to staying here when we come back in the fall. Thank you all for a great experience!❤️

Grocery store close by. Very comfortable bed. Bathroom needed overdue maintenance.
