The hotel is under renovation and so some noise was heard. The staff was very friendly and helpful

This place should just close - decrepit and filthy doesn't begin to describe - the front desk person was both rude and inefficient - though I will say the woman the next day much nicer - I can't even say it's poorly maintained, because that would suggest someone was doing something, even if ineffectively - but that's not the case here. My son and his fiance had to let in the housekeepers - they are apparently not given keys or appropriate access to the property - the photos are a complete lie - there was literally one light in our bedroom. The bed itself was reasonably comfortable - the only good thing I will say. It's also crazy expensive for what you're (not) getting. The only sign of Wyndham's involvement was their brand on the shower curtain, which was also ripping away from the hangers. Awful.

Toilet didn't flush, had to get fixed. No hand soap, had to use body wash and was a sample size. TV would turn on but couldn't move to anything with the remote, had to reset it. Did not have maids to clean room and make beds next morning. Only got one towel set per person and didn't refresh the towels. Requested towels but never got them - said they were too busy and alone. Low staff. Vending machines would not take cash, only credit and then charged $2.75 for using your card. Would not stay here again.

The stay was OK, the tub could have used some new caulk it looked a little moldy and the area around the toilet paper dispenser didn’t look very clean

Convenient location, reasonably priced, staff was pleasant. There were tons of spiders on the deck , so couldn't really enjoy the deck and killed three in the room.

Nothing. We are absolutely outraged, we will be in contact with Booking.com’s customer service portal. The price that we paid was INSANE for what we got. We also did not stay over night due to bugs and a man walking around our floor out of his mind. The booking did NOT match any description. We had a HORRID experience. And the only thing to make it better would be a refund becuase that was quite literally outrageous and makes me never want to trust booking.com again after that. $400 for a NIGHTMARE evening that we didn’t even proceed to stay over.

The property was near everything we wanted to do. It was centrally located. Near the highway and close to attractions. Plan on staying here again

Great location, easy parking, and good price. Room was okay but bathroom was outdated and tub was dirty. Sliding glass door did not lock. Front desk attendant was friendly during check in, but we had no housekeeping during a 3 night stay. It was nice to have an additional sink outside of the bathroom.

The bonus is that there is a great Diner next door that serves breakfast all day.

This is the place I always stay when I'm in mystic. They do a great job.

Our room wasn't properly cleaned!! A grape peeking out from under the bed, pee in the toilet, a wet and dirty towel (looked like poop on it, YUK) hanging on the hook. Biggest problem, the shower was broken!! No manager around to talk too for a 2 night weekend stay. They did clean the room the next morning and later the next day they got a part and fixed the shower. We had room #233 and the beds were lumpy and fold to the middle, water stains all over the ceiling to stare at when laying in bed, carpet smells, a big stain in the tub, paint peeling on walls, old mini fridge with a broken shelf and other little things that scream PROPERTY NEEDS TO BE UPDATED AND FIXED! Front dest staff were nice and our waitress at the restaurant was great.

It was dirty and run down. Property was overgrown with weeds and hallway rugs were dirty and smelled. Door to bathroom got stuck to floor and friends room adjoining had no light cover on overhead lights by bed. Just the lightbulbs were there. Won’t be going back.
