Hyatt Place Mystic

Beautiful hotel, nicely decorated and spacious rooms. Comfortable beds and clean lodgings. Convenient parking and hot breakfast. Wonderful place to stay near Mystic Aquarium and Olde Village shops. Good for families.

The hotel is relatively nice and in a good location. We did not use the pool and only took the free breakfast 2 of our 3 nights. Recommend to inspect the room before unpacking. Any issues we had were resolved satisfactory and customer service was good.

It was an incredibly distressing experience. We had to rush to the emergency room, where she was prescribed antibiotics. Consequently, she was strictly forbidden from being exposed to the sun, which completely ruined the rest of our vacation. When we brought this to the staff's attention, their only response was to send someone to spray the outdoor area (the pool is adjacent to many trees and bushes), showing no further empathy or offering any compensation. Our family trip was entirely ruine

Staff was very helpful. Room was not as clean as you would hope.

The staff at the front desk were very helpful, but only to the extent they were able to. The checkin was very smooth, but that is where the good review ends. While the room was spacious it appeared to be dirty. When we pulled back the sheets, we found several black bugs, some dead and some we had to squish ourselves. The TV would turn on, but would only stay on for 30 seconds and then turn off. Even though the hotel has a quiet policy which we were given at check-in, there were other guests who were extremely loud until well after midnight.

The room and area are good. The space in the room was really spacious. The beds were not that comfortable though. But I would stay again. It’s the second time we’ve stayed here.

Great stay, all the way around. Very clean, bright, comfortable. Staff was super welcoming and friendly. Bed was comfortable and crisp! Location is terrific, offering restaurants, shopping, sightseeing and an aquarium. All right there within minutes. Also only 25 mins from Mohegan sun, if the weather doesn't cooperate. I highly recommend it!

Great pool

the rooms were very large and clean. the only problem was that we were next to the elevator and we could here the dings and people talking all evening. late at night it was quieter. if you are a light sleeper, this room would not work for you. breakfast was great. staff was friendly and it’s about 35 minute walk to the mystic ridge area. we drove. a little far to walk. overall a good hotel

No issues. Quiet rooms, good breakfast. Large rooms, however, bathrooms were on the small size.

The only downfall was the air conditioner making extremely loud noises Everytime it kicked on. Otherwise great property

Our hotel stay was great. It was the second year we've stayed at Hyatt. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good too. We'll definitely go back.

I have been to this hotel many times over a couple of decades and it never disappoints. Great staff, excellent heated pool with bathhouse and a very good breakfast. Every time I stay there I say to myself I wish I could live here lol.
