This is a great place to stay for families. There were a lot of children often playing together in the pool. All were pleasant. The rooms were fairly comfortable with nice bedding. It would truly be helpful to have some utensils in the room given the microwave and fridge to facilitate snacks for kids. The shampoos and soaps, etc were ok. The breakfasts were pretty good, but only open for two hours during the week. Worked for us given we had young kids, but it was a very busy place during that time. The staff worked very hard to keep up with everything. The staff here are phenomenal - always pleasant and helpful and very patient. Given the number of children, this is really not a place to rest and relax unless you're used to running, jumping, little screams and closing doors. However, all tends to be quiet by about 9pm. The hotel is very convenient to activities and restaurants and the grounds are very nice.

Very friendly staff, the rooms were clean and pool was nice. Best part is the mystic village is in walking distance. Also short drive to down town mystic.

Really useful family rooms with two doubles and a sofa bed, which works great for families. Clean and staff friendly and helpful. Nice swimming pool. Facilities basic. Buffet breakfast limited options and average.

Our room was very spacious and comfortable, and our granddaughter loved the pool. The breakfast seating area is small, but the food offered was fine. We'd stay here again.

Was told 4pm firm on check in Tried to check in at 415 Had to wait another 30 min Missed dinner reservation and was penalized financially as a result

They stopped breakfast at 9:00 which is early for people on vacation and then I could not even get a bowl of fruit from them. Also the first room I went to had no working phone or TV. They did change it immediately though..

Nice staff, decent breakfast, nice pool and clean. Housekeeping didn’t leave enough tissues and toilet paper so we had to keep asking the front desk. Tried to use the printer with no luck. Just kept saying error.

Good, clean hotel and Breakfast included. Breakfast was adequate for our needs, nothing fancy, but hit all the right points - served clean and tidy.
