This a good comfortable hotel, ideal for busiess and you get good value. The asian restaurant is very good and the spa is a nice facility. The ground restaurant layout needs a relook but not too bad.

Comfortable hotel with nice clean and practical rooms, in a very centrally-located part of Nairobi, close to the Sarit mall. Abundant breakfast. The hotel misses an outside area or a pool; while easy to go to the Sarit mall, some seating area with view and/or outside is always a bonus. However, for a short stay the location is very convenient and hotel has good standards.

Friendly staff, fair prices, clean facility, good breakfast, and convenient location. The combined washer/dryer in my room (#503) did not dry the clothes we washed. Also, the thermostat in our room did not control the temperature. We had to open windows and deal with the noise outside.

The breakfast was great, loved the pastries, &the dining space is so beautiful .. the rooms are specious and beds so comfortable. Got a balcony room, loved the fresh air. The staff were so kind and so helpful. It had no swimming pool and the TV wasn’t working.

The breakfast Elevator stopped working and I had to climb to the top floor via stairs

I wish I could've stayed longer. I liked that the breakfast was available as 'take away'.

Location of the property is perfect for sarit centre During my two days there was a problem with the room safe. The fridge for some reason was like a sauna and not a fridge even with the temperature dial on maximum. Have informed the reception and hopefully they will sort these two problems out.
