I’m love the place, and staff is very helpful. Have a good experience here due to my work trip. They also have Chinese restaurants which is easy for a late dinner. Love it from Cambodia.

It’s my second time being a guest in Concord, actually i like their rooms they are suspicious, the smell is so good. The erros i saw this time, from Room Servicing, Breakfast.. i did complaints to the reception about the three things that they must work on to improve.

She was always courteous, polite & smiling. Breakfast was well managed by the restaurant team. Provision of an ironing board in the room

I have stayed in this facility severally and it’s one of my best choices in Nairobi. So this time again, I made the choice to see how far they have changed over the last two or so years I haven’t been around. Pretty much everything I love was still intact. The comfortable bed, the sizable room, the bathtub (quite rare for hotels in Nairobi), and of course, the friendly staff. I must also commend the restaurant for the good breakfast. So, again my expectations were largely met. I don’t want to be negative but frankly, I was not happy to be welcomed by a swarm of mosquitoes the moment I laid down to sleep. Clearly, it was a big mistake to leave the windows open, even if this was done to ventilate the rooms! I had to call the reception for help! Just to remark that the response was very quick and a gentleman was sent over to spray the room. But by then, my arms were already bumpy and itchy from mosquito bites! Please do the following: 1) please provide treated mosquito nets in the rooms! This is important to protect your guests! 2) please spray the rooms with mosquito repellents prior to guests checking in! At least no. 2 should be done as a basic safety measure to protect your guests! No one should get mosquito bites in this era, and not in a hotel of your caliber! I hope you take this kindly. 3) and when a guest report a mosquito bite, please refrain from making silly jokes like “your blood was sweet”! Although it was said to me without malice, it was rather a very unpleasant joke, especially coming from the front desk!

nothing everything , from the location to the facilities to the pool . The hotel is very much outdated, the pool was a disaster you can smell the chlore coming from it . The food was horrible , no supermarkets around . The breakfast very limited and almost no choices , it’s says 5* but it doesn’t even deserve 1
