Location may have been slightly further away from places we wanted to go, but that was more down to us booking.

Lovely and helpful staff. Good price for the night. Close to a few eating spots. Room presented as per advertisement. Stains on the bed linen, and there was no soap in the shower or general toiletry products for washing hair/body wash. Streets are a little dark and felt that it may not have been safest area. We would recommend getting a taxi to and from accommodation and not walking too far at night.

I stayed at this place for 3 nights and I have to say that the customer service is absolutely terrible. I would give it 0 stars. Firstly, the sink plug didn't work, so the cleaner had to remove it. Otherwise, the water would stay in the sink. The water temperature in the shower kept changing while using it, which was not a good experience. When I wanted to use the kettle, I realised that someone in the room before me had brewed tea inside of the kettle, as there was still a label inside. When I contacted the staff about it, they only said that they would leave a note for the cleaning lady. They also gave me a lesson on how to use the kettle and told me to put the tea bag inside the mug rather than the kettle, which I found very rude. Furthermore, the coffee machine also didn't work, and when I contacted the staff about this issue, their response was that I either couldn't use the machine or I had damaged it. The next day, they just told me it was working fine and that I was the only one with the problem. I took a picture of the machine, and it was clear that the capsules drawer was full. They never admitted any of their faults and instead blamed me. The location is ok, but the apartment block is very noisy at night and not soundproof. The staff are very nice. Clean and bright stay. Good location near the main station. Not about the property just some unfriendly neighbors.

Great overnighter to get off the train and to the airport the next morning The walk from the train station was filthy and dangerous road traffic. We had stayed previously in the old town and loved the grittiness and authenticity of Naples but this was a terrible area.

The property was easy to access. It was comfortable and clean. The staff were lovely and helpful. There is a cafe underneath the building which was very convenient. The shower temperatures were variable which led to discomfort. The light in the passage kept going out which was difficult when waiting for rest of family.

The room was nice and clean. The caretaker Emma is super nice and friendly. The location of the B&B is in walking distance from Naples Termini. The neighborhood is scary and dirty. I was afraid and sceptical about the quality of the B&B. But once you get inside the building you feel safe.

Polite and friendly host, responsive to messages. Confortable bed, clean room, no external noise (besides some chair noises from above neighbour - get ear plugs). Hot water system in bathroom is unreliable (induction heating?) this needs to be improved

I had the pleasure of staying in La strettola recently. I must say, Luca (the host) is an exceptional host. Luca is an incredibly kind and welcoming person who went out of his way to ensure I had a comfortable stay. The house itself has been beautifully renovated, making it modern, clean, and inviting. The room I stayed in was spotless and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep, and the overall ambiance was warm and cozy. I highly recommend staying at this place. From his charming personality to the meticulously renovated house, it is a top-notch accommodation option.

Great location, modern, spacious and clean room, very nice staff. Noise from neighbors late in the night- not sure whether it is due to thin walls or they are just that loud.

Clean, pleasant staff. Good location. Staff very obliging re arrival time. Nothing.

Staff is very friendly and nice and everything was very clean, also it was very calm, which is difficult to find in a city like naples. Beds were also very comfy! You had to be very careful with not being loud and you could hear other people in the staying but it’s a minor inconvenience since I slept with earplugs and for the price it’s what you get. Also the area might not be the best for other people but my friend and I already lived in Naples so it wasn’t a big thing for us.
