The interior is clean, tidy, and appealing, and everything was well maintained. Overall, a comfortable stay, and I would recommend it.

Building and entrance was nice. Location did not match the location/address when you enter it into the Google maps. We had a terrible time finding it. By the time we did, nothing was open food wise. Location not correct.

When we were choosing accommodation, it was written, and it was also in the photos, that there was an induction cooker in the kitchen. He was not there and we were forced to cook on the gas on the terrace. I'm not used to cooking anything like that, and that's why I give it a lower rating.

A clean, secure and comfortable apartment within a 10 minute walk to/from the train station. The host and her daughter were very responsive. The host’s daughter provided transportation at a nominal cost. The host allowed us to leave our luggage in a secured location for several hours after check out.

The room was beautiful, very quiet, clean and everything was there (even hairdryer). Also the host was available, friendly and helped me directly with my questions. Thanks a lot ?? As it was just a one night stopover, the self check in was fast and not complicated, but it was also not very flexible between the early check out at 10 am and late check in at 2 pm and no storage for the luggage.

Cleanliness, well decorated, snacks and tea provided, spacious and well equipped. Friendly staff too Location is a bit hard to get to with luggage to lug. However it’s typical of Naples city.

I liked the location of the hotel, which is within walking distance to the train station. Facilities were more than enough for our trip to Pompei and Vesuvius. We absolutely loved the delightful welcome cake. The gas stove is located outside the room on the balcony, which significantly reduces its usability during bad weather, and it is difficult to cook with the kitchen sink inside.

The room was very clean, quiet, and fully equipped with all necessities. The shared common space among all guests had tea, coffee, and pastries available all day. The location was perfect and within walking distance to the city center, local supermarkets, as well as public transportation. The host was very responsive and truly helpful in accommodating all of our needs. Nothing

Close to the railway station and theto the downtown place with convenience transport. Good organization for receiving the kays. Comfortable kitchen. Excelent value for monay. Everything was ok.

Nice and clean Too many steps to get entry, tv remote didn’t work, the catch on the door jnto the room was broken, not very soundproof from adjacent rooms, shower drain partially blocked.

The room was set up really well, with 2 Adults and 2 not so small children we felt it more than suited our need. It was clean and comfortable. The air-conditioning worked well and kept us cool in the summer heat. The coffee machine in the communal area was a great addition as well as the cake that appeared (it was delicious). This is not a dislike rather a suggestion. Due to the temperature being in the Mid 30's during our stay we had the air con going during the night. The top bunk is directly under the air-conditioning and my daughter woke up cold, an additional blanket would have been useful.

Good location, good apartment. Linen change and cleaning was only after 3 days. And we only stayed for 3 days. For check-in there was nobody. We had some problems which were resolved phone, but would have been better to have someone there. Everytime we had to use the lift we had to insert 10 cents. Since we already paid for the apartment, we should be able to use the lift without money. AC wasn’t working properly at all.

The accommodation is better than in the pictures, very close to the subway station and bus stop. Very clean. They were very nice and helped me drop off my bags before checking in. Recommended? -
