Location, clean, beautiful area to grab a cup of coffee and take a walk. Breakfast could use improvements

Availability of a shuttle service this is awesome After walking over to the PARTHENON 4/10 mile in the am, took advantage of the shuttle to the HONKY TONK bars downtown and back great service The plastic toilet seat

The room was spacious and clean. Staff is always pleasant and helpful.

It looked nice from the outside and it was close to the stadium The room i requested based on the pictures looked nothing like it. I felt as though I was misleaded. The floor was dirty , the bathroom door was broken, and there were no sheets for the sofa bed.

The costumer service at front desk was excellent,staff very friendly the room was big and comfortable ,I highly recommend this hotel,and we will be back soon.

10/10 would definitely stay here again!

Maintenance check may have avoided this 2) The shower supplies (shampoo and body wash) were basically on empty (again not a huge issue but an inconvenience) 3) Hot breakfast was pretty lame. Powdered eggs and sausage were cold and pretty limited alternatives. It was free so won’t say much more but have been in many other Marriot/Westin hotels where it was decent. We ate out every morning

It was decent. Nice lobby and breakfast was good but not much to write home about. It’s insane to charge 40 dollars for onsite valet parking.

I absolutely loved my stay at The Element. The property was very clean, staff was friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was really good and the complimentary shuttle experience was phenomenal with Ms Jude, she was the absolute best with a kind heart for people.

Location centralized to everything It took longer to get setup for breakfast. I was there at 6:30 and they were just setting up !

Everything was well except housekeeping only came once during our three day trip and when they did they only grabbed the dirty towels. The breakfast was good and the surrounding areas. It’s easy to get around. There is no on site parking like it says just valet for 40/night. There is a shuttle that takes you miles out that runs on tips the women who drive is very nice.

My new fav spot, I will return.

Excellent stay! The staff and valets were super nice and helpful. The hotel itself, the room and grounds were immaculate. The bed was so comfortable! The pool was small, but nice! Location wasn’t too far from downtown and pretty easy to get around. Breakfast didn’t have a ton of options, but got the job done. Would definitely stay here again!
