Staff was friendly and helpful, room was exactly as pictured, and the location is in a good area from downtown. Lack of parking because half is rented out to a tree company, wifi was bad, and when we got in the room there was blonde hair in the shower and on the table.

Everything was great. There's a gentleman named Chicago who was particularly hospitable and helpful! Please reward him! Employees like him are hard to come by!!

Included parking was nice and pretty clean room. Checking in wasn’t the best felt ignored and like I was bothering the lady that was checking me in while she was watching her movie

Room was clean, bare bones, utilitarian. AC wall unit runs loud, which was great for white noise with the room facing West End Avenue. Older TV with no direct access to streaming platforms. WiFi was pretty good. The common areas had various strange, unpleasant odors throughout the days. Laundry was expensive and the dryer did not dry adequately with one cycle. Breakfast was underwhelming, although the coffee was good (note there's no fresh milk, just Coffeemate creamer). You definitely get what you pay for!

I stay here often for medical trips to the Vanderbilt Medical Center. The staff is always courteous, helpful and polite. The rooms are always clean. I feel safe on the property. The location is assessable to restaurants, downtown and the interstate corridor.
