It was in a good location Upon check out the tried charging me for my 13 yr old as an adult. Saying she was “to big”. Wanted me to get cash out of the atm to pay her
-
Price Cleanliness a pile of food spilt on floor stayed there for 24hrs
-
Location Had to move rooms because the first room wasn't cleaned. Tv didn't work and no amenities at all due to construction
-
It was cheap It was bugs dirty bathroom no pool

The staff members that was working at time of check in was not very helpful. The TV wasn’t working and he kept saying he was coming to check it out, hours go by and I call him and he just gives excuses. We left the property for few hours and when we got back luckily there was someone else working. So I asked them and they told me exactly what to do, right then and there. Why he couldn’t do that idk. If he didn’t know then he should’ve called someone that did.

It was somewhat clean, amazing location. There was no complimentary breakfast, as advertised. Toilet wouldn’t flush properly, the bathtub wouldn’t drain. Vending machine was out of order due to leak in ceiling. Some of the rooms I seen had no AC. They also offer section 8 housing was a bit strange to me, the people apart of the housing our loud and in and out all night. The “inside pool” they advertise as one of their amenities was drained, and has mildew growing at the bottom. They offer TV and Free WiFi. The WiFi has to be logged into and was never given a log in. I asked the man at the desk for a remote for our TV, he said he would find me one, never did. My husband went up and asked and hour later, he replied the same and we never got a TV remote.

Affordable and provided a place for my kids and I to relax on our travel home. Gnats and bugs in the room. Took too long for the water to get hot.

Location They gave me the keys, went to the room, someone's stuff was in it,went to the second room it hadn't been cleaned, elevators did not work, no continental breakfast, no pool. TV didn't work in 1 room, called and was told maintenance would be there, never showed up. Found out this place is section 8 for homeless people. The stairs had not been vacuumed in who knows how long. Coffee pot in the room, but no coffee. The canopy had peices missing underneath it. Also no shuttle to downtown. No one was ever at the front desk, you had to holler to get someone.

Property was close to Gaylord hotel. Has potential to be a great hotel with a lot of work. Beds were comfortable. Shower had plenty of hot water. House keeper was a very nice man. Report of bugs but we did not see one bug if any kind. The hotel was very rundown and old. However it had so much potential to be beautiful. Holes in the walls, half working appliances, the elevator was broken. Several people reported the s hotel has bugs. We did not see one bug of any kind. The exterminator even came while we were there and asked if we would like our room sprayed. No breakfast, no water in the pool. With all of that being said the hotel is huge with great potential and I feel like they are trying to fix it up. We were there for six days during this time someone was working on the elevator several of those days. Appears a brand new one has been installed. An entire truckload of brand new sheets and bedding were delivered. The lobby was mopped and vacuumed. The breakfast room was opened up and someone was working in there. So I feel like they are really working to improve the hotel but peoples reviews are not wrong it is very run down and needs much work but the price was great and the bed was comfortable and water was hot.

I like how the attendant tried to accommodate the broken bed situation with a new room. I ultimately ended up in a room with cracked walls, molded A/C, sticky couch, stinky atmosphere, and squeaky beds... TV didnt work. Literally everything is visually broken down in every aspect. Very outdated. Location is sketchy. No elevator no pool no amenities
