The hotel is a great-looking hotel. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are nice, like anyone who's traveled before. You could tell that the bathroom wasn't detailed. It wasn't super clean, but it was acceptable. I had a great time and will go back again.

Very clean room, extra large and long white pillows that were great for snuggling while sleeping. Bell Captain’s (Ryan) were especially helpful and knowledgeable. Property very convenient to the French Quarter and just one block away from Bourbon Street. Far enough away not to hear the crazy sounds but close enough to get into the action if you wish. Back in a half away from Jackson square and two blocks away from Cafe Du Monde.

The property was beautiful & the location was ideal. We loved our stay & would stay here again

Restaurant had very slow service and not very attentive. We had to ask for everything including water. Service was very slow . The rest of the hotel the rooms, pool were great

The best part of our vacation was our hotel room off the pool.

You are right in the middle of the French Quarter. It’s the perfect place to stay.

Great place to stay. Staff was great. Bartenders so much fun. Very clean bed were amazingly comfortable. Very quiet as close as they are to Bourbon street. Location can’t be beat. Pool was nice. This was our second stay and will be our go to place for any future trip

Breathtaking property. Step into the lap of luxury. So beautiful inside and out. Marble floors, crystal chandeliers, fresh flowers....the list goes on. Perfect location.

Our only complaint would be that the breakfast was lacking and overpriced so as a result we ate out going forward.

Good not great, noisy guests late at night in hallways

Not really impressed with a room clean up and housekeeper. I can hear they’re on the phone while cleaning outside of my room when I’m resting. So disturbing
