Ms. Patrice and Mr. Andrew made everyone feel welcomed and cared for. Their hospitality was second to none.

The property was beautiful and our courtyard room was amazing. That being said, if you need an early check-in, they will not accommodate. I was traveling with my four-year-old and she unexpectedly became sick. Even a couple hours earlier check-in would have been extremely helpful to us. I called at 9 am and then again at 2 pm to see if we could come earlier.

Gorgeous rooms courtyard pool. Just history upon history. Right in the center with a 3 minute walk to the café du monde. We will definitely be back!!

Extremely nice and helpful staff, great location, my ONLY complaint, the AC had a little trouble keeping the room cool on 2nd floor. Overall still a great experience, would stay again.

Solid place, room was very clean, the whole hotel is beautiful, as expected with new Orleans there is outer damage to the building and what not but it is a fantastic hotel

Beautiful historic hotel. Close walking distance to everything. Beautiful courtyard pool area. Comfortable beds! Truly charming.

We loved our stay the minute we got in! The location is absolutely perfect. The lobby is clean. The people are so friendly! I didn’t feel unsafe at any point so I’d say it’s good for solo travelers- the hotel and location. Theres also parking! We paid $40 something for the day since we were only in town one day. The only thing that was off putting was the valet. I thought he was having a rough day and it was hot humid but the next morning he was a little off BUT again it’s hot & humid and he’s working outside dealing with who knows who and what. In all, great stay & highly recommend!

The room was immaculate and beautiful. The courtyard and pool were lovely and there was free towels there as well. The staff were helpful and we even managed to get checked in early. We would 100% stay here again if we came back to New Orleans.

Front desk was great asked for live music places, sent us to Fritzells. Great vibe. We will definitely comeback. Interior courtyard and pool.
