Amazing staff ! The room was huge and for the price can’t be beat . Will definitely book again with them in the future

The hotel was very, clean and very very nice and helpful staff. We arrived there early with a 4 o’clock check in, but Jeff at the front desk was super friendly and checked us early. We were able to go to our room earlier than expected and from there my vacation/birthday gift started early. The gym is very clean and is 24 hrs, bonus. The breakfast is healthy with food like boiled eggs, eggs and spinach cups, yogurt with granola, egg with muffins, coffee, teas, muffins, oatmeal. It’s not your typical hot breakfast, I.e, scrambled eggs, bacon, etc. it’s sits about 4 1/2 blocks from Canal st, so your away from noise but within walking distance from Bourbon Street. I would recommend and can’t wait to go back. Enjoy!!!

I was impressed with the King sized beds. The Hospitality services was great. The cleaned everyday and did an excellent job. The location of the hotel was perfect as well.

I'm really disappointed in the discrepancy in charges. Expedia quoted me $681.78 (included taxes on fees) yet I paid $751.00 at the hotel during checkout. I'm owed a refund.

Location was great as were the staff, the hotel was very comfortable and a little tired, but the other features well and truly made up for this. We enjoyed our stay very much. Breakfast definitely better than expected. There wasn't anything specific, we had a good stay and good interaction with staff.

The air conditioner worked well. We were celebrating our 45th wedding anniversary and we told the clerk and she gave us a room right across from the laundry room and it was very noisy. Also our shower door was not sealed very well and water leaked all over the floor every time we showered. No one came to clean our room until 5:00 and by then we just asked for clean towels. The first day we got down to breakfast and 7:30 and there was barely anything to eat and I did not see anyone replenish it while we ate.

The room was clean and it got cleaned every day we were there.

I liked the location , close to many points of attraction . Friendly and customer oriented staff. Breakfast very monotonous: every day the same food and the coffee could be better

Great location that was quiet but close enough to walk to where I needed or easy to find by Uber. Wonderful Staff. Happy it had free breakfast and coffee if needed before we left early that morning to go on a paid tour to visit places in New Orleans. I can't say I had any issues. The night manager on duty demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism .I called the front desk to request a replacement at 3 am, When I arrived, the manager insisted that I bring my driver’s license, despite knowing I had already locked myself out.
