Great location for attending Essence. Smaller rooms than expected and bathroom si k is outside the bathroom and sa starts pet peeve but otherwise great location and staff

Bed was very comfortable; breakfast was good; staff was friendly & helpful; parking was available ($34/night + tax); convenient rear entrance to unload/load luggage. Chair seat in room was ripped and trashy looking; no place to simply hang bath towels & hand towels.

We still haven’t received our room deposit of $200 over three weeks later. Even after chasing the hotel up multiple times we are still waiting. This is a massive shame because the hotel overall was perfect.

The staff was excellent shout out to John at the front desk!!! Rooms were clean and the breakfast was good every morning. Close to all the spots in town whether you want to walk or UBER

Stinky, parking was confusing, room smelled like mildew and it was oddly damp, , it wasn’t dirty perse but it didn’t feel clean either. the door was off the hinge. staff was nice though. Breakfast was good.

Good stay. Location was perfect 15 minute walk to bourbon.

The hotel was under construction. We booked two suites in advance, and they gave us one that was acceptable and another one still under construction with all the construction materials and tools inside. We went to the front desk, and they said that all their rooms were already booked and didn’t want to change the room or do anything. The staff was very rude and didn’t want to help.

Convenient location, nice staff. Breakfast was OK. The parking is expensive. The pool was very small and the water didn't look very clear.
