Great bathroom and bedroom small but well designed! Toilet handle was already broken, and lifts/elevators were prioritized for restaurant! Lots of waiting to go to the room! Very annoying!

Location is everything in NY. The location of the Aliz is perfect! Close to tons of great things to do. Times Square subway station is a half block away as well. Great place to stay.

They have a rooftop bar. The elevators are a NIGHTMARE. I waited for at least 15 minutes to get upstairs to my room from buying water in the lobby. They have a separate line for people (not only guests) to go to the rooftop bar so hey tie up at least one elevator. There were 40 people - minimum - in the small lobby waiting for an elevator.

This was a great hotel in a fantastic location. Rooms were very clean, very well kept and had lots of extras - keurig, fridge, steamer. The breakfast was really good. Loved The Hudson cocktail lounge - views were stunning. All the staff were wonderful. I would totally stay again.

Room was small but that’s expected in Times Square. Great location near major subway station. Minor issue was that the onsite gym was subpar for a hotel of this price. They literally had 4 Pelotons and almost nothing else; just an inexplicable use of what was apparently a pretty generous budget. But overall would recommend and stay there again!
