Clean room. Size of room is small. Balcony has no view not worth the cost

I received NONE of my Expedia gold perks and having to wait hours for check in when I paid for early check in delayed my entire day. I will not be booking this hotel again.

Location was so convenient for leaving me bag—both on arrival to and departure from the Port Authority, and also theatres.

The staff was friendly and helpful and the rooms were nice, clean, and well stocked. The location was great, the coffee, wine, and croissant were fantastic. I would stay there again.
-
Restaurant, management very rude and unprofessional, food got me and my friend both sick.
-
It was very convenient based on location, clean, nice view and loved the complementary drinks.

Great hotel, will definitely come back next time we’re in NYC.

A little disappointed because before I booked the room I asked what was the difference in prices considering they both had 2 beds and I was told the room I was getting was guaranteed on the 30th+ floors with a better view which I paid $200 more for. When checking in they put us on 5th floor we couldn’t see anything but a wall. When asked about the room they said they can only put us on that floor. They had a rooftop which we wanted to go up to take pictures my daughter was 18 and my son is 13 and they didn’t let kids up. Sheets were dirty. All together the stay was ok but I will never rent from here again. Especially not for the price we paid.

The staff was exceptionally great! Our closet that we stayed in was pretty warm and could not cool down - that is quite literally the only complaint I have . We had a very tiny double bed room - and it could not maintain a cool temperature at all.

Reserved 4 rooms. Only 2 of the 4 rooms were available for check-in upon arrival at 10pm even though check-in time is 3pm. The other 2 double rooms reserved were required to be split into 4 separate rooms with king beds which provided some challenges as we were traveling with children and were only available near 12 midnight. We utilized their valet services upon arrival. As we planned to retrieve the vehicle, we asked the attendant at the front desk that evening how much notice would be required where he confirmed it would require a one-hour notice period. We provided a one hour notice period however, ultimately had to wait 3 hours which again proved challenging as we were traveling with both children and someone in a wheel chair. What was even more disturbing was finding out the car was parked just behind the hotel, a location that we could’ve gone and retrieved to he vehicle much sooner. Lastly, although the manager was very apologetic about the three hour wait time and all the other challenges we faced, he communicated he would contact me the following day, which he did not.

Conseguir parqueadero antes de llegar muy importante de resto todo muy bien

The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly and attentive. Replenished water and room rooms cleaned everyday, free drinks in arrival an extra $25 for spending on the property. However, it was not nice to find out there is a resort fee to be paid on arrival, per day. This should be advertised or disclosed before anyone start booking the hotel.

Nice location, clean room, amazing rooftop bar and the drink vouchers were great!

The hotel is lovely and quiet even though it is situated right in the heart of the tourist locations in New York. Room was small but lovely, with a great view. Staff were all really friendly and welcoming and the breakfast was perfect. We were given a poker chip to spend in the shop €25, and a voucher for 2 welcome drinks in the lobby bar which was a lovely touch and unexpected. I was worried about long delays for the elevators after reading other reviews but we didn’t ever have to wait more than a few minutes and didn’t find it a problem.
