Room with a kitchenette was a big bonus. The ac unit sounded like a transport truck. No toiletries supplied

Lyfts doesn’t work during morning breakfast and checkout time, too tight rooms

They were kind and helpful, even allowed a 3 hour early check in without charge.

The location was excellent. The staff was very accommodating & friendly. Room was clean. Breakfast was very good with many options. The only issue we had was a sluggish drain in the bathroom sink & shower. Street noise was loud on our level (6) but to be expected in the city. Overall we had a very good experience.

We had a good visit. The room was clean and the staff was helpful.

Most of the staff were pleasant. There was construction happening that made it difficult to nap. The work was directly against the window of the room. There were signs posted in the hotel, but this would have been helpful to know before arriving. I know insects can sometimes be inevitable, but there were a couple centipedes in my room :(. Overall, it was just okay. Not terrible, but I’d reconsider a different hotel if I were to visit again. On the plus side, the location was convenient!

The manager was so unprofessional. I was waiting in the line for 10-15 min for checkout. She excused the ladies before us. But I was charged $75 for leaving my room by 12:30 and waiting in the line for 15min

This was a great hotel for a great price. It’s located close to the theater District and many wonderful restaurants. The bed was very comfortable and the room was nice and clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Spacious rooms and friendly staff. And great breakfast! Liked everything, elevators were kinda busy during the breakfast hours, but it was fine.

Breakfast was good. Treadmills in workout room didn't work well. No cold water in bathroom for a time so couldn't take a shower.

Really great location, close to the subway and Times Square with a number of food options available.. Very helpful staff and the inclusive breakfast was standard for a 3 star hotel. Try the restaurant across the road (forgot the name). It had really lovely food and really nice hosts. The salmon I had was quite good. The beds were quite comfortable and it was a nice touch to have a kitchenette in the room The rooms are a bit small but that's standard New York. It would have been nice to have regular cleaning of the rooms.

Very good stay. Has a full size fridge. Toaster coffee maker stove top with pots bowls seven paper towel. Nice design and a decent bed and good view.

I was very happy to stay here. A spacious room with kitchenette, happy hour, hot breakfast. I will definitely stay here again.

Excellent all around, from location, to a very comfortable bed, clean and large room by NYC standards. Breakfast was fantastic as well. Great value. Will definitely be back.
