Comfort Inn & Suites near Stadium

Everything about our experience was pretty good. The room was clean and AC worked will but was a bit loud. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was nice and shower worked well. Coffee maker in the room was better than the coffee at breakfast. Fridge froze everything we put in it. Parking was a bit tight, but worked fine for $40 a night. Someone was parked in my spot one night and they did a good job of helping me out and made them move. The area around the hotel wasn’t the best, but I was expecting that. Breakfast was not great, so we just ate at a nearby coffee shop. Overall a good stay if you need to be in this area for some reason.

I usually don't leave reviews but this time I will make an exception. Although this hotel may not be located in the best section of the city, the staff were friendly and very helpful. I was therefore first week of the world cup and the day the Knick won the championship. Although that had a larger than normal crowd the managed the parking, breakfast and maid service professionally and quickly. Inwould definitely stay here again.

Everything was good. it a smoke free hotel but I my room was smelling like smoke the first 2 night. There was a strong smell of weed as well in the elevator in the floor hallway. Very clean

Not as I was expecting

I liked how friendly the staff were, also liked how close it was to the Yankees stadium as that’s why we stayed there. Parking was a little weird, and didn’t like how we had to pay 40$ just to park. Other than that , it was good! Location was iffy, loved it being so close to stadium but didn’t like being right in the Bronx

Staff was rude. The check-in lady had an attitude and didn't make me feel welcomed.

Clean, comfortable bed The desk clerk offered to call a taxi to the airport for us. I trusted her to call a legitimate taxi. What came was a car with no working seat belts, no meter, no license displayed. My husband thought to ask if he took cards - he only takes cash. We had to stop in the street and then dart into a bodega to use their cash machine. Yes, we should have refused this "taxi," but we were now running late to catch our flight. He charged $15 more than the yellow cab we took from the airport. If we wanted a random driver, we would have used Uber. Really disappointing and it feels like we were scammed by the hotel as well as by the "taxi." That experience keeps me from recommending the hotel for people flying through La Guardia.

Spacious room Location is close train station People are good - Female receptionist in morning shift did not allow me to stay until 12.pm although I asked her 3 times but she said 11.30. At 12.15 I saw some guests checking out and said nothing. - Breakfast is not suitable for Muslims (pork meal is in the same hot plate with eggs)

I’ve stayed at this hotel before and I love it. The parking was the problem. I’ve parked on the street and had problems finding a spot. When I was looking for a parking spot, someone had broken into a guys car so I had to park inside and pay $40 to keep my car secured. I wished it only cost $20 or $25.
