Rooms are not how they look as advertised and as soon as ge got to our room we saw roaches on the bed, we asked for a different room since they wouldn’t refund, the person at the front desk looked mad when we told him about it

There are shops within walking distance and restaurants. Area wasn’t bad and I didn’t feel unsafe. I would stay here again

I'll give it a 7/10 hopefully my next booking would be for a lil longer than 1 night

Spacious hotel for NYC standards

I came into New York for a concert at Yankee Stadium and I chose this hotel because it was within walking distance of the stadium and it was reasonably priced and close to the subway. I like that I think there’s only like eight rooms per floor and I like that it was essentially located. I could easily walk to Chipotle the grocery store McDonald’s walk-through the park that was close by and there was reasonable shopping like dollar tree and five below close by. I don’t like to stay in high tourist areas. I prefer to stay in communities where city dwellers live so for me this hotel was fine. It’s not a luxury hotel. It’s a hotel. You would choose if you’re going to be on the go all the day and just need a place to lay your head. I didn’t like that. The only ice machine was down in the lobby. I prefer not to have my room cleaned daily and my linens changed so this hotel was fine for me but if that’s a service you want this would not be the hotel for you.

Everything was great!!! Since the service to the cleaning.

Nighttime staff was rude. As well the cleanliness was very off because the housekeeping only clean when the room is to be rented.

Parking was available The room was terrible. We didn’t sleep there. Wasted my money.

The location was convenient for what I needed, but unfortunately there wasn’t much else I liked about the property. The room was extremely dirty and poorly maintained. Floors, borders, switches and panels were filthy, the curtains were stained and damaged, vents were covered in buildup, and there was dust and debris throughout the room. The TV was unplugged and even the plugs had caked-on dust. The room made me physically uncomfortable and itchy. I was also told only smoking rooms were available, and the walls were so thin that I could easily hear other guests. I took numerous photos because the condition of the room was unacceptable.

PARKING WAS A BLESSING ,NO PEN OR PENCIL IN THE ROOM ,FACILITY WAS WELL MAINTAINED ,THE MATTRESS WAS A LITTLE LUMPY ,EASY ACCESS TO EVERY WHERE I WAS GOING IT WAS NICE TO HAVE AN UPSCALE HOTEL IN THE SOUTH BRONX !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
