AC was perfect in the summer heat. Beautiful and spacious room. It felt very homey

Clean comfortable safe room in the Bronx near subway station (3min walk). Toilet paper dispenser was kind of far from the toilet so have to reached by leaning to side. Nice shower and good space with lots of outlets

Needs a food area or service

Very clean room! Perfect for our overnight stay for a festival. Right near the subway. Staff was very helpful and nice

Apart from that the security within the hotel is good, they monitor every floor with security cameras to make sure. The Sound proof I’d say 4/5 you will still hear the sirens but not enough to not make you lose sleep. Good air con facilities. Good bathroom facilities. Good house keeping and the staff at the reception are very attentive. I would still highly recommend this if it’s a group of guys but if it’s just young ladies unfortunately unless you take a cab all the time then I would recommend this at evening or late afternoon.

Nice staff clean room kinda annoying on check out day four time we were almost walked in on by house keeping do better at communicating if guest have or haven’t checked out.

Very friendly staff. Exceptionally clean rooms. Parking only 2 blocks away. Certainly a place I will return to next time I visit my daughter in the Bronx.

The air conditioning worked very well, so the room was always cool. The bathroom for the room we stayed in had poor ventilation, and upon first time entering the bathroom it smelled of mildew. The room iself was clean upon entry, however whenever room service came it was apparent that they did not clean anything, just made the beds, this very apparent as the bathroom and bedroom tiles/floor felt grimey and did not look seeped or mopped. For the price, the location, and the amazing AC, it was a good deal. The location had amazing access to the subway, various deli's, markets and other shops. The staff was very friendly and nice to interact with! Would stay again, however, the amenities listed here absolutely do not reflect those offered at the hotel.
