Excellent staff. Super cold air conditioning. Very close to train station. The room has everything you need

The neighborhood is sketchy at night. So if you’re a female solo traveler I wouldn’t recommend staying here. The hotel it self is great, the area… not so much. Please invest in some thicker bedding comforters for your guests to have better sleep. Ice machine and snacks vending machine available on the second floor.

Property was clean and felt new. Staff helpful. Not much in the area but close to subway.

I loved that this property was clean, the staff was helpful, easy to get to, and perfect size for a short stay. Its walking distance to a lot of places. I will say the area is very busy so be prepared for that. Overall i enjoyed my stay and would return!

Nice experience woth helpful staff.

Clean facility in Bronx. Couldn’t access balcony. Shower was weird and difficult to use- tub was clogged as well. However, very cleanly, friendly staff, close affordable parking garage and within walking distance from the stadium.

The staff was really helpful and friendly The inside of the property was nice and clean the outside was not so well kept which I know it’s not their fault but someone needs to do better when it comes to the property outside, because it says a lot when going into the property

The actual hotel was fine, the area that its in is not safe. Just outside of the entrance there were homeless people laying on the ground and strung out on drugs. I didnt feel safe at all having my family in this particular area of the Bronx. Would never stay here again for that reason.

This is a good bargain stay, just be mindful of the surrounding neighborhoods as some are more safe than others. We really liked that there were tons of bodegas to grab quick bites to eat, easy access to bus and subway, and the customer service was great!

A must stay! Charming boutique hotel with large, renovated, comfortable rooms. Staff was exceptionally helpful with early checkin and arranging taxis. Perfect for staying close to Yankee stadium for easy travel to the game. Lots of food nearby including Dunkin next door for breakfast and snacks. 20 minute Lyft to LaGuardia. Love the place!
