location is very good, outside the hotel is a flower market, close to metro , the room is quite small.

Loved its location in a less touristy, but still central area. Its street is awash with flower shops, which made for a very charming walk back. Breakfast and coffee were reliable and nourishing.

The room was clean and the bed was so comfortable! The breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day. Me and my wife are celebrating our anniversary and coming back after a day of fun in the city, the hotel room was perfect! The staff was so kind and helpful! I will be looking at this hotel again the next time I'm looking to stay in manhattan

Location The room was very small. I booked the room for three adults and two children, but the room we were given was not spacious enough to comfortably accommodate even four people.

A terrific little hotel! Everything was perfect on our 4-night stay. Super-friendly and helpful staff.. Convenient to Penn station and multiple subway lines. Rooms were clean and comfy, and a nice size for NYC. Excellent breakfast included. Will go back there in a heartbeat.

The check in person was lovely, friendly, and efficient. When I got to my room, the decor was stunning. The wallpaper and use of wood were very tasteful and pretty. I noticed there was a good selection of coffees and teas displayed nicely on a tall corner shelf, which was unusual. The window sills were shiny granite. I had to come and go quickly, so I can't get into detail about the shower, etc. The breakfast buffet was very varied and the places to sit were also suitable to many tastes: a counter, a table for four, a seat in front of a tv. You could sit and see the sky under an area with a glass roof, or choose the more traditional area. It was all very nice room for a reasonable price. Somehow 28th street near 6th Ave is a little less convenient for my tastes. It's quiet, but I like Broadway shows, Lincoln Center and also movies in the Village. Maybe if I stay there again, I'll find out where the subway stops are.

I love the location of this hotel…walkable to so much and right in the middle of the flower district. Hotel was clean and quiet and well run. The little afternoon amenities like fresh popcorn and sparkling water was a treat!

Nice stay

Rooms were very small. There was no fridge which was disappointing during a stay in July. Rooms looked clean in general but the details were dirty. Room was nice and cool with the AC. Breakfast was very good with good options. Overall it wasn’t a bad stay but I’m not sure I’d stay here again.

Loved having the roof deck and I loved the neighborhood and location. The staff were very friendly! Nothing I can think of

Staff was always willing to answer questions we had about directions and they were very friendly. Room was great! Location was great for concert at MSG! I definitely enjoyed my stay and would stay here again!
