Clean rooms with everything I could’ve needed.

The hotel and all the amenities are dated and dirty

Every thing is good except the breakfast needs to be better, need more options in the buffet.

Rooms were outdated and no sound proof windows.we can hear outside noise throughout of night.

The staff was amazing! My family consists of two kids so we did get out a lot, but we also stayed in too, and the room was clean and just great to be in! My boys remarked about how much they were going to miss the room! The area is great too, that’s why I picked the hotel, very centrally located!!! Thank you so much for taking good care of us!!!

Great location, quieter!!, 28th street voted prettiest street with numerous flower outlets. Subway stations short walks, numerous restuarants. Breakfast very good. Friendly helpful staff reception & restuarant. Older hotel, good size rooms, lifts can get a little busy at times .

The location, the staff, the bed, the breakfast. The first day when we arrived the room was very clean, but the rest of the days (we stayed 5 nights) the cleaning was very poor, leaving hair and papers in the room, or without cleaning at all. After compaining that tbe room was not cleaned, in the reception informed that they dont have a cleaning person anymore, so the room remain uncleaned.

We paid ahead some extra for breakfast at the hotel thinking it would be convenient and less expensive before exploring the city. It was absolutely not worth it. I think we ate our (included for a fee) breakfast once. The staff is wonderful and respond quickly.
