Very nice breakfast.

the room was clean and in a great location.

Not very clean hotel, just a basic hotel. Our room had issues with the shower leaking everywhere on the bathroom floor. Engineering came to fix? Not sure whatever happened, they were very eh about it. Housekeeping just came to clean up. They also didn’t change out the sheets on the bed. I noticed since I had left makeup marks on my pillow and the next cleaning day they weren’t changed. Ny is very fun but this hotel seemed dull for being in Ny

Good location. Small room. Old furniture. Crowded and long waiting lifts
-
Clean, close to major sites and MSG
-
Location is ideal, just up the street from Macy’s and Bryant Park. We enjoyed the outdoor patio seating. I would stay here again.

The location is good. Quiet and convenient. We took less than one hour to reach from JFK. By

Overall clean property staff was very helpful and nice

I didn’t like anything. A maintenance guy was getting boxes eyes out of a closet at 9:30 at night. The cleaning closet was next to my room so I could hear the housekeeper out the, slamming doors, ac was so loud I had to turn it off. Housekeeper walked in on me with her key then slammed the door, no apology, no coffee maker, not even a plastic cup! People coming & going through the night letting their doors slam..worst hotel experience in 50 years! Will never go back to that hotel!

Clean room daily and provide towels and sheets daily as well

The rooms were very cramped, but the service was good. There was a rooftop terrace, but when I asked the staff, they said there wasn't one and threatened to harass me a lot.

Clean room staff was great . Only thing elevators are slow and small

This is a great hotel for the price. It was clean and in a great spot for what we needed. The employees were helpful and we liked the outside area in front of the hotel. It would’ve been even better had it included breakfast, but we would stay there again.

All the staff were friendly and the rooms were clean. Housekeeping came everyday and did a good job. Good location with an easy walk to Amtrak at Moynihan Train Station. The only problem with this hotel was that there only 2 elevators for a 27 story building. We were on the fifth floor and used the steps most of the time, otherwise so much time wasted when coming and going. I would stay here again but would only stay 5-6th floor so I could take the steps.

The room is a lot smaller than it seems online. The restroom is very small the shower takes over most of it. Barely any space to have your luggage within the room. Also the elevators are very slow. The same ones are used for the employee to get to floor to floor. Only good thing was the free cookies and free water. We only had 3 luggage's and had to figure out how to place everything. Room is quiet but overall not maintained well.

Great find!! The hotel was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The fitness center was functional. I'd read that the location was great. I'd say the location is OK. It's not as central as I might have liked, but really is only a short walk from things. The amenities for the price is a great value.
